My husband and I were returning to Nebraska from a trip to Austin when our car died on Interstate 35. I called Hatchett Dealership to explain our problem and to let them know that our Hyundai would be coming in for repair. Jason was very considerate and said they would be watching for us. It was 2 hours from the time Jason checked us in to when he sent us on our way. Our time spent in the customer waiting area was very comfortable. The cost was quite reasonable and will be covered under warranty by our dealership in our home city

I want to send this heartfelt review regarding my experience with Hatchett West. For the first time ever, I picked a car out from a website! I spent a whole day talking and texting- very attentive. My daughter and I made the long drive from Kansas City and when we got there we noticed some minor dings on the car (Elantra Limited). We were disappointed since mint was the expectation. Kendall and Spencer did not stop working towards finding us a car and price that was perfect for my daughter. They genuinely cared about us and spent the whole afternoon making sure she drove away with a car she loved. Thank you everyone!
We’ve had continued, consistent and reliable service on our Sonata that we had bought elsewhere. Recently they were offering great incentives/rebates on the 2017 so there was no question about buying our new Sonata from them. We bought with Heather which was a great & easy transaction. We love our new 2017 Sonata! Very professional business, yet very personable and makes us feel special everytime we are in for service or a car wash.

This was my first experience with Hatchett Hyundai West. There sales & finance people were easy to talk to & there was never any pressure to make a purchase. When I did make the purchase, they took the extra time to show me where & how to get my vehicle serviced along with explaining every step of the finance process. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!
Was directed to whom I spoke with as soon as I pulled up, which was nice from the usual run around. Was able to communicate well with sales team and gave me all the answers I wanted. Waited a bit more than I wanted to get things finished, but was extremely friendly and informative on my loan and how the system works. All around I was very pleased with my experience.
Great service , I had requested an oil change and coolant flush because I knew by the mileage it was due. Mark, took the time to double check and realized that my wife had the coolant flush done at our last service prior to a long trip. He stop the shop before they started and removed it from the service ticket and took the time to come into the waiting room and let me know. Good job Mark.
The car buying experience here was pretty good. However, to keep my warranty valid, I have to go to their service center for oil changes. Their hours aren't great and you have to make an appointment. Even with the appointment it takes at least 45 minutes and up to 2 hours for my basic oil change. This place sucks.
A little over priced compared to Kelly Blue Book but very nice. The car we purchased had a damaged sun-visor and we were told they would order us a new one. It's been two weeks and we have heard nothing from them.
As a single mother with a very busy schedule i decided to get my oil changed here because they told me they would wash my truck. I was heading out of town and it needed washed. I dropped my truck off the night before and picked it up the following evening. They had the truck all day and didn't wash it. When i called to ask why they hadn't washed it they just told me to bring it back and they would do it. I don't have time for that. They had my truck all day and didn't wash it after they told me they would. Makes me wonder what else they aren't doing... did they even change my oil?? Are they even changing the filter? Using new oil? ? Who knows.
If there were more stars to award, I'd give them. This was without a doubt the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. From putting together no less than 7 different financing/lease options, to staying for over 2 hours after closing time to ensure we were taken care of, every step in the process was without the BS I've gotten from car salesmen in the past.
John Olson was our salesman, and he is incredible. Just a few minutes after our initial conversion, he emailed me a video he had takenf the car e were looking at. Knowing we live about an hour from the dealership, he had all the cars we showed interest in ready to be driven as soon as we got there.
Kurt took care of our financing, and he provides a level of service that is rarely found in the business. Very straightforward, no nonsense, yet very easy to talk with.
I know I said it once, but it bears saying again. This was the most positive buying experience I've ever had. I cannot strongly enough recommend that, if you're in the market for a Hyundai, you stop in at the west Wichita location and ask for John.
Although I ended up finding the car I wanted at another dealership I wanted to take the time to thank Sales Rep. Eric Smith for being so personable. After going to 6 different dealerships Eric was by far the best rep I worked with. He was polite, outgoing, and came off as an overall genuine person that cares about the people he works with. Thank you for your time and assistance, I can see why they've kept you on for 15 years!
