Valet parking staff are horrible. Told us to loop around then they ignore us and go talk and help other people with parking

What some people need to understand is, when arriving to an ER , don't expect to be treated right away, it's normal to wait in an ER for more than an hour, there are a minimum of staff to go around at once and Doctor's priority is to make sure each patient gets treated right away but sometimes certain patients are going through far worse than others, and those patients need to be treated right away, but most Hospitals are far worse than the wait some people experienced here at Hasbro. Some children are more important then other's (Their reason for coming to the ER) Now if your child was stabbed or injured badly, of course they'll help your child right away, now if that's not the case then expect to wait. Thank you :)

Our daughter was diagnosed with chrones 1 1/2 years ago and we have spent a lot of time at this hospital. Weeks at a time we spent here after her being admitted.All I can say is the staff is awesome.They are very caring and very respectful. Every time our daughter is admitted it is the same. Very professional. I don't get these nasty reviews that I have read. So here is my review to all of the Hasbro staff.we love you guys and we thank God we chose you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly staff! We went there for an emergency with our 2 month old. They were all very quick in responding and very friendly. Our kid was smiling everytime the nurses spoke to him.

I can relate my daughter mind you that she used to be suicidal,sever depression wouldn't eat and more nurse and police stood there for nearly 4 hours. Unacceptable still dealing with depression r.i. is not a good place for kids if they have depression. This is not acceptable at all

My daughter was assaulted at this hospital. Doctors wouldn't believe her they told her "it couldn't possibly happen at this hospital" only to find out they had registered sex offenders working in the child hospital. This was absolutely unacceptable. I tried the pediatric partial program with my daughter as well. I believe the staff names were Chadd Rampini and Nicole Bergman. My daughter was served a peanut butter sandwich. Only this sandwich had a hair on it. Nicole, told her "well either eat it or don't" Cathleen Adams her psychiatrist was absolutely impossible to work with and they refused to switch her cause it just "wasn't what they did" Michelle rickerby the program manager was so friendly but very useless

WILL NOT return here. The first time I brought my daughter here to the emergency room, they were great. Everyone was friendly, warm and fast. I wish it was the case the last two times I had daughter here, and my son once. The last 3 visits have taken an excessive amount of time. Walking in with nobody in the waiting room, 3 hrs later still haven't been helped and now they are packed. I've worked in hospitals and this is just ridiculous. And I absolutely hate being told really bad excuses as to why it's been 3+ hrs and I haven't been helped yet. Don't mind my daughter vomiting all over the floor and her obvious discomfort. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
