Not sure why more people don't shop here. Their meat department is way better than Kroger and so are their prices. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they tend to stay away from high-end or obscure products, so you won't find duck comfit or olive tapenade here. Still they have a great selection of regular items and it's very clean and very neat.

Very rude.
Slow service.
Went there today and ordered a cake .
Bought something else they charged me the wrong price. And contuied to fight with me so I cancelled my order along with my cake order. and will never be going there again.

I have not been in Harveys for awhile my husband usually goes on his way home. The store was clean and everyone there was working. No leaning no fooling around. The store was clean the sales were clearly labeled and everything I went in for was there. It really made me stop and look around the store wasn't crowded so it made it the perfect time for me. I was in and out in no time at all and when I looked at the other customers they were smiling and that's when I realized I was smiling too the store made me happy. Bless you Harvey"s.

Great place to shop for groceries in East Macon. Competitive prices, friendly customer service and low priced weekly sales are only a few of the reasons your local Harvey's Supermarket should be your first stop when you need to feed your family. Grocery trucks are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Dairy, Frozen, Deli/Bakery and Produce trucks are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It normally takes about 5 hours to work an entire truck. The best time to shop for the freshest products is after 3:00pm for perishable and after 8:00pm for grocery on truck days. Of course your always welcome anytime between 7am-9:45pm.

The store was clean and the staff friendly for the most part. But don't go here thinking you will have a large selection of produce or higher quality cuts of meat. Perhaps it's just the market for where they are located.

They often have good deals on meat and usually have a good selection of $1.00 items. The only bad thing is they almost always have very long lines and only a couple of checkouts open. I'm here on a Saturday at noon and they only have e registers open. Customers are backed up into the isles waiting.

The price of meats on sale beat pretty much every place else in town, but watch out for the prices on the isles. A lot of odd brand names, but overall good quality. They have an excellent Margret Holmes and Glory section on veggies. The people are helpful and friendly. I go there once a month to fill my freezer with meat then head to Wat-mart to get the rest of my groceries.
