  Very knowledgeable bike mechanics. I have owned bikes for over 20 years, and have worked on them extensively, so when I come across a problem that stumps me, it can be pretty involved. They have been able to fix every bike problem I've brought to them. They have also been willing and well able to answer my questions and advise me on parts and equipment for those problems I was able to fix myself. They have a good selection, and can order things for you that they don't have on stock. Great, friendly service, reasonably priced.

  Bought my wife and i a pair of mtn bikes. Staff and owner have been nothing short of great. They have a high quality product with high quality customer service. They r also able to provide service on bikes. This is a huge benefit in this area. Hope more people become loyal customers like me.

  After having visited both bike shops (both are excellent) around here we went with 2 Trek bicycles from The Bike Store. I dealt with the manager Ethan and had an excellent experience. They had plenty of opportunity to oversell us but we ended up with just the right amount of bike for both my wife and I. Sales were speedy, and they made sure to address all of our concerns. My 3 year old was running all over the store - not a problem here, they have pro-level equipment but a family friendly atmosphere. Thanks

  Went in to look at a road bike. Talked to Bill, because how knowledgeable he was and how I was treated I came back and bought a road bike. Everyone there is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend if you want a bike to go and see Bill and his staff.

  Fantastic customer service. Bill the owner is like a carnival barker- he walked up and just knew from rough eyeball how tall my husband is and his pants inseam! Prices are commiserate with quality. Definitely recommend this shop!

  I bought my first mountain bike, a Trek from Bill, who was way helpful and patient. Bill even did a "mini" bike fit in the store that day at no charge. I have my Trek serviced there, even though I have to drive from Macon, since the only bike shop there is not acceptable. And I can tell you my bike is a perfect fit and serves me well on the trail. Ethan has spent valuable time answering questions about my next road bike, which I feel completely confident buying from The Bike Store from Bill & Ethan. God Bless You!

  I took my mountain bike to the bike store in Warner Robins get the tubes replaced. I find that one of the salespersons (might have been Bill) was constantly pushing me for more service on the bike. The bike hasn’t been used in over a year (maybe) and the brakes could have used some help too. He noticed that as well, and offered to tune the brakes for me. He stated, “I don’t want to a job half way.” I agree, but not after being charged $20 for brake tune up. I called them when I got home and told them to forget about the brakes. I could do that myself. Not happy with the “get as much money out of em” attitude with the man. I hope they see this review and think about their ethics. Cheers.
