I got to my truck and realized I was missing some of my items. The bag girl brought me my sausage and said take this you did not pay for it. If I had I would have been stealing. I went back in and girl at the door told me my toilet paper had fell off the cart like it was my fault. My bread was on the other belt and they said I would have to get in line to pay for it. I asked for refund. When I got to refund desk. There where three girls there. The one running the register said something about somebody having something wrong with them. I don't know if she was talking about me. I think she said OCD. Now I am picky about my food. The hole time I was thinking when we got to our vacation our BLT would would be served with out bread. No sausage in the low country boil. No toilet paper now that's a bad experience. And I am not there because I am in jail for stealing sausage. But Publix is my favorite grocery store and I will be back. Hopefully you will provide some training. Oh the manager was nice and offered to do what ever he needed to do. But I was having a hard time with my OCD. I will tell my doctor what you gals have found wrong with me. And I do mean the girls it was a all female revolt.

Best pharmacy ever. Every single employee is genuine and makes you feel like a priority. Wait times are usually under what you would expect and the professionalism is unmatched. I cannot say enough good things about this location and, in fact, circumstances have caused this location to no longer be the most convenient for us, but we continue to use this pharmacy only. My husband used to work around the corner from here, but now works an hour away and still ops to go in late at his new location of work when we need to pick up just so he can continue going to this location for our family's prescriptions (I currently cannot drive). If that doesn't tell you how much we value the pharmacy at Publix at Bass Plantation, I don't know what does! Seriously, make this your #1 pharmacy and you will not be disappointed!

Hands down, this is the best grocery store in Macon! I'm quite picky, but I found the staff extremely helpful, the produce fresh and high quality, the meat department superb, and selection unparalleled in the Macon area.

Frequent this Publix all the time and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is SUPER friendly, store is kept clean and the produce and meats are superior than other stores. I LOVE MY NEIGHBORHOOD PUBLIX!!!!!
