Ron Dodd was my salesperson. Right from the moment that I walked into the door, he gave me his complete undivided attention to my complicated and challenging issue in purchasing a vehicle. We spent many tireless hours together trying to place me in the right vehicle that would suit my needs and get the necessary financing process started.
In addition, when I finally took delivery of my new vehicle, Ron walked me through the dealership and introduced me to all of the members of the service department, and then spent another 30 minutes training me on the 'new fangled' gadgets and setups that came on the car.
This was the best service I have ever received in my 40 years of buying cars! Kudos to Ron for EXCEPTIONAL service.
In addition, all of the staff at the dealership pulled together and assisted Ron in helping me complete the purchase. There were a few complications with GM Financial and the transferring of the title, but with everyone working together like a well-oiled machine, we were able to close the deal.

All staff members were very personable which put me at ease. All my questions were answered in detail before and after the jobs were complete. And most of all I am impressed with the speed in which my work was completed.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Roger Epps to find our new car; he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked with us to find the perfect car for our family. The staff went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted in our price range and we never felt any pressure to make a deal. We are incredibly happy with our decision to lease a new Buick from Glenn Buege.

Terry L. Wray, Jr. is an outstanding, knowledgeable and very friendly sales professional at Glenn Buege. From prior experience, car shopping can be a daunting task but Terry made it fun and enjoyable. I appreciate his professionalism and his knowledge of the two vehicles that I'm considering; this helps me to make an informed decision regarding my car selection. The facility is spacious, clean and the location of this dealership is in a convenient and safe location. Great experience. Thank you Terry!

My wife was hearing an unrecognizable noise .. so she stopped at the dealership for a safety check. Customer Service 'Bob' had a technician do an analysis. Bob gave responsible advise about what needed attention and reassurance she would not be left at the side of the road. Trust is easy when everyone treats you with respect and that's what is special about the experience at Glenn Buege Buick.

Purchased a brand spanking new 2014 GMC Acadia Denali from them in 2013. My salesman Scott Bugbee was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He addressed any concerns and frankly made me feel VERY important, even though I am young (I usually get treated like I know nothing or can't afford anything nice because of my age). I still have my beautiful car and love her just the same as I did the day I drove her off the lot! Whenever I need service I get a loaner car no service has ever compared to this place! Period.

My appointment was scheduled, so I did not have to wait long. The only frustration I had was with my sister's name still being on my account, even though I had previously been assured that it would be changed. (Also, this email is addressed to my sister, not me.) Other than that, I had a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Dan, and the rest of the body shop employees, were fabulous!! VERY courteous and easy to work with! They far exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Glenn Buege because of the service I received while there.
