They been a very reliable Trane AC/HT Service since they installed my first new home Trane System in 2000. A couple of years ago, I had them install a new higher efficiency 18i unit. Thru all these years Calvin and his crew has always quickly responded to the VERY FEW MINOR CALLS for SERVICE that I'd had.

We have used Hargrove-Neel for years. We chose to buy a complete A/C heat system from them because of their impeccable service and their willingness to always please. We had a couple minor problems afterwards and they came after hours on a holiday weekend because we were hot. This is the kind of people we like to do business with. We had new air handler unit and compressor replaced in June 2018 by Hargrove-Neel. Two service technicians came on the day promised and worked most of the day to complete the job. Over the next 3 months of east Texas heat, our kilowatt usage was significantly less compared to the same months of the previous year. Therefore our electric bill was less, with keeping the thermostat at the same levels that we always do each summer. This is with a 14 SEER unit. We were replacing a compressor and air handler that were 23 and 30 years old. We are very pleased with this system. Expect our winter time bill to be less than previous winter months also.
Hargrove-Neel has always been there for us in the 25+ years we have used this company. Friendly and knowledgeable service at what we feel has been fair pricing.
