Locked my keys in my car, and when they were trying to open my door, they accidently broke off my door handle :( They did offer to replace it and I had a new door handle a week and a day later. The car must be prone to eating keys as when they were installing the door handle they also locked my keys in the car. At least they didn't make me pay for the door knob as they said they did have me sign a waver that I wasn't properly informed about waving any right to seek damages. So I'm glad that in the end it only cost me 10 dollars in fule and 3 hours of my time. They were really nice though.

Charged my 16-year-old who's had her license for two weeks and accidentally locked her dog in the car $85! How these scamming criminals can justify that kind of behavior is unconscionable. I'm disgusted by their lack of common sense and compassion. Take your business elsewhere because these people don't deserve yours.

Had some car trouble while in town for a short vacation and everyone here was wonderful. They didn't get the business as I had to go through my dealership, but were nothing but kind and helpful. Also were very reasonably priced and didn't try to take advantage of the situation at all even though I was being reimbursed. Thank you so much, nothing but great things to say about this shop!!
