Great staff that truly care about your experience, as very new diver to this sports I appreciated their help and suggestions. Did a total of 4 dives over two days with them, the reefs were full of fish. Water clarity was a plus 60 feet. Truly enjoyed the crew, would go back and use them again the next time I'm in Florida.

Brenda (the owner) is professional and personable. One of our party of 4 was doing their training dives, and she was able to coordinate with a dive instructor (Donna) who worked with us so that we all had a great time diving. The boat captain was professional and described the areas, the reefs and the fish we would see. Great staff, crew, boat and diving days! Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been diving for a few years and we decided to get the advanced open water certification from Conch. Everyone we worked with and learned from were exceptionally professional and thorough. I would highly recommend this friendly dive shop.

BEWARE!
One caveat: my instructor was really good. However, everything else was pretty poor compared to other dive companies in the Keys. No personal disrespect intended to anyone.
Here's my experience:
I was told over the phone that I could dive two specific sites. It was fairly pricey but I chose to pay for it. HOWEVER, when we went out we were not even told what diving sites we were at. Everything seem rushed. I found out latter that I had NOT been to either diving site that I had agreed to pay for. I really wanted to do a shipreck (and that's what I was in part paying for) but we just I guess skipped it for another fairly boring reef near the first one we had done. There was little explanation of the area and the type of fish we would expect. I tried to ask a question at one point and was told to listen. No one was openly rude at any point; it just wasn't that accommodating at all for customers.
One person in our group was snorkeling. We were told over the phone that the snoring was easy to do in the area. I was also told that older people could easily snorkel in the area. I assumed it was fairly calm waters like I did in my other dives a few years back. This was totally not true. There were substantial waves, which made it impossible to breath on the surface without a oxygen tank or without using your snorkeling and angling it correctly.
I understand that there is a captain of the boat in charge of safety above all else. But you'd think that they would at least offer an explanation for why we couldn't do any of the dives site that I was told we would do (and that I was paying for). Also, you'd think they at least offer some information about the difficulty for snorkeling.
I was told to get there at 8am. Then I was told "Oh, we're sorry, it starts at 8:30am. I thought you were the instructor when you called to confirm the time." I guess that gives you a little taste for how mediocre the customer service was overall.
I hope that people can get the best diving experiences possible, so I really urge people to do research on the dive companies and maybe choose a better one than Conch. Again no personal disrespect intended.response / report this review -

Awesome three days with this outfit. Great staff and crew. Very professional. Will definitely use them again for all future trips to Key Largo.
