Very poor office. I will never go back. They never even placed a hand on me or even checked me. Very unsatisfactory. Sat in room waiting for 45 minutes. She was only in there less then 5 minutes.

If I could give Dr Burke a zero rating I would, even a 1 star seems to high for this practice. I LOVE Gerry Stroup the Physician assistant that was previously with this practice but he left. When I called asking for info they refused to tell me and wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to get my medical records!!!

On hold for over 10 minutes for someone to tell me I can't be seen for 4 and half months with a referral from my Doctor. She also took 3 sec to tell me this without even looking in the system lol sorry very rude! Won't get my business. I'll be going somewhere else. Sorry I bothered you on Friday afternoon working.

I will not be visiting Burke Dermatology after I requested the name of the practice Dr. Stroup is at. They refused to "disclose that information" I would have been tempted to stay local for the sake of my children seeing a dermatologist much closer. But that won't be happening now. Good luck, and I hope more people leave Burke Dermatology for Dr. Stroup.

Dr. Burke was too busy flirting with all the nurses, so it always took forever to get into the room subs he was in the room for literally a minute, then he left. This happened each time I went there

Saw this doctor once & witnin 5 minutes he diagnosed & prescribed a treatment that immediately relieved a skin condition that had plagued me for 18 months with very painful shocklike outbreaks all over my body. Thank you, DR. Burke

I like the doctor but the nurse that put me in the room was rude and questioned everything I told her. After I saw Dr. Burke he was impressed with me knowing what I was talking about and immediately treated it. As far as the nurse he needs a new one with a little more personality. Poor Dr. Burke.

Dr.Burke is amazing. I spent 100's of dollars on a medicine my reg family Dr told me to get and nothing helped. Then he referred Dr.Burke because nothing was working and he helped right away. He is very friendly and knows what he is doing, my entire family goes to him actually . All the staff is wonderful. Never rude or to busy to help.

Doctor Burke is excellent in what he does .
I use his service for now 3 years , I am not going to switch for someone else to me he is the best at Dover DE I love him He is perfect I feel so comfortable with him and his staff

went in for a biopsy test, it became infected badly following the procedure. the pathology indicated at the time of the test there was no infection. Gerard Stroup did not attempt to culture the yellow pus and blood that was leaking for 2 weeks and when he took out the stitches was still leaking. Gerard stroup did not prescribe anti biotics until I called my insurance company nurse line then he denied it was infected and called the prescription profalftic in nature still refusing to culture the pus. well little did he know I was seen by a DO who diagnosed it as a abscess infection with cellulitis. I pray that abcess and cellulitis is the only thing I got . I did find out also that gerard stroup has a previous medical misconduct on his record.

What a friendly and wonderful staff. Dr. Burke was great and great bed side manner. Everyone there was cheerful and the office is beautiful! I would recommend to anyone!
