Love the food. Dan Dan Noodles every time! Been to the one in NYC as well. Super busy but still excellent service. Just go there you will not be disappointed.

Their food really really isn't that great. We ordered a tofu dish. It was advertised to have vegetables. But we were told that the vegetables didn't come with the tofu dish, only some of the meat dishes. The manager wasn't very open to discussing or how that wouldn't be a great food experience.

OMG This place is amazing!
Went there on a datethe place is HUGE! I had dry pepper shrimp with brown rice along with house made ginger ale, and my date had some kind of spicy flounder in a red sauce. How did they get SO much flavor into those jumbo crispy breaded shrimp? I'm going back to try their other dishes!response / report this review -

Decent food. Its convenient for where I work to go there (or order from there) for lunch. nothing spectacular though. Its a family style restaurant, so you can order a bunch of things for the table and all share them. Definitely not great for those who shy away from spicy food, but they have some options for your spice wimp friends.
If you have a big enough party you can have them basically bring you a wide selection of food with a range of spiciness. Its a cool experience.response / report this review -

Came here to celebrate my birthday and I had an awesome time. I had a party of 18 and the staff was so accommodating. We had Noah as our waiter, he was patient, kind, and attentive. Everyone was pleased with their items. My only complaint would be the fact that the tables were not movable, I would have like to have my entire party to feel like we were all at one table, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall a great experience.

My wife and I dropped into this restaurant after a day walking the city. Was overall very pleased. The appetizers we had were delicious. However, I was not too big a fan of the way they cooked the pork for the entree. I'm turning this into positive feedback. I had actually never tried pork in such a soft texture. Our waitress explained that's normal for the type of cuisine, but I just did not like the texture. Many other people may love it. However, our waitress was very accommodating and wanted to make my experience right. She took the time to explain the menu with regard to what I may like and I chose a chicken instead. It was very nice. Unfortunately, I ended up getting a little full so I took it home and now on my work travels! Thanks for making it right, we appreciate it. We will return when we are in the area again.

This was my first time at Han Dynasty, it will certainly not be my last. The service was great. The food was outrageously fantastic. Very authentic and exceptional. The spice was adjustable for the dishes. That's a plus. The bartender suggested a drink and it was great too. Blaine was out server, she was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful date!

Horrible food, dripped in oil , no flavor to the food. Less than 5 items to pick from for vegetarians.
The rate on menu card was told to be old and I paid a lot more when I saw the bill.
I wonder how that could happen/. How I could let that happen.
They charged me on my credit card tips equal to the bill which was15$. Soi paid 15x2=30$

The best Chinese-Schzuan food in the city. The food is consistently delicious. Great place to go when you want a good meal, cool vibe and don't want to break the bank.

Over my two yearly visits to Philadelphia, my friends and I have always stopped to eat at Han Dynasty. It's a great, cozy place with impressive food-prep times (they serve family style), although something that's always bothered us is the limited amount of rice provided at a time regardless of your group size. Otherwise, food is tasty, portions are nice!
