It is an okay hotel. I used to work at an award winning hotel and that may make me pickier than your average customer. I think this hotel is due for some needed repairs and carpet cleaning. In general the breakfast was okay. It would have been better if the oatmeal wasn't luke warm and watery. I prefer it to be made with milk. On the plus side the bathroom was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Night clerk (I think he said, "Ned or Fred"), was asleep or whatever(he really looked wasted) when I went up to the front desk to get some t. paper & a towel. I finally got him to respond to me chanting, "hello, hello" He stated he could not help me at this time as he was busy with other guests. I told him I was sorry but I was almost out of t.p. His response was that I would have to wait for day shift when the maids where in. The bedroom was in disarray when we checked so I went to talk to this Fred guy. Unfortunately, I would recommend another hotel and save you the time of dealing with these type of hotel clerks when your out of towels and toilet paper. I ended up going to the local store to buy toilet paper and a bath towel.

Great hotel. Stayed at Hampton Inns before and never disappointed. Stayed in a King Room which was spacious and had a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic but good.

Great location! The hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants and a couple miles away from shopping, more restaurants, etc. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Additionally, the rooms come equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. Definitely no thrills, but everything you need is provided. The breakfast is ok, but it is free, so no complaints there.

Pros:- Friendly staff, Rooms are big, comfortable, clean. For breakfast there have good choices for both veg and non veg.

Cons:- rooms are not soundproof, if you had kids or next room, it might be disturbing.
Breakfast area is small. Cut fruits where available, but not whole apple or orange.

Awesome hotel and very clean. Great friendly staff and good goalkeepers can tell they take care. However my daughter was all bitten up and after an emergency room visit and return back to our room we discovered our room had bedbugs and though they moved us to a new room I was not totally happy with response as they just we bedded and opened room next morning

After hurricane Harvey hit out small town they welcomed its in with open arms. They worked with the Salvation Army and provided its with breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Which was a God send due to lack of funds! Such nice staff especially the front desk staff! Thank you for all your hospitality!

I always like Hampton Inn and this place is no exception. Nice rooms. Good breakfast area. Nice selection of items. Pleasant front desk staff. Easy access to I-35. Close to area restaurants. Reliable place to stay.

Great hotel, customer service was outstanding room was immaculate and to think only less than $20 more than the roach motels worth every penny. Only down side hot breakfast left a little to be desired however plenty of other choices.

I actually dropped by this Hampton to use their business center. The Hampton chain is my preferred hotel to do business with when I travel, as every location has had such friendly staff. In any case, I needed access to a computer and printer in the middle of the night. I explained my situation to the staff managing the front desk, and he was very understanding and gracious. Long story short, Hampton saved my bacon, and have proven yet again why I can always do business with them and come away satisfied.

Clean! Comfy bed and pillows! Microwave and fridge in room. The saltwater pool and hot tub, so freaking awesome! Breakfast was a solid 3.5! Fresh fruit cut up each morning. Oatmeal station! Hot eggs and a meat! Loved this place. Staff 5 stars!
