  Nice, quiet little spot we stayed overnight on our way to AZ. My littlest loved watching the train go by.

  While it is very close to I-20, it is remarkably quiet here. There are no thieves and though I do not like this part of Texas, I do love staying here. Steve (a manager) is very helpful and lives on site.
  Maria(manager) comes and goes but is very personable and easy to reach on cell if needed.
  I personally thank you both.

  Absolutely amazing park! Couldn’t ask for a better manager to run the park an take care of all your needs! He goes beyond an over to help all of his tenants. We have been here 3 years an he has always been great to us. The park is great N very nice lots. Super clean! We are building a house an we will be here until our house is done. That’s how great the park is.

  This park is easy to get in and out of. We were here in a 42 foot motorhome in late July. All of the sites are concrete and streets paved. Easy hook ups, easy check in. We were just here overnight so we did not use any of the amenities. Overall a very nice clean place.

  Just arrived in Odessa and needed a long term place to stay. The office said there were a few spaces available and asked us to come over and look at them. When we arrived, he met us and we had a space in 15 minutes. Thank you so much!!!
