    Worst stay I have ever had at a Hampton Inn & Suites! Tried calling to cancel due to the weather in Atlanta due to the snow. Hampton refused to cancel or even change the date of reservations for the room. Check in was at 3:00 pm and arrived at 8:00 pm, five hours after check in. Was told room wasn’t ready because of weather. People were in line trying to get a room and they were told it was booked solid for the night. The woman working behind the counter on December 09, 2017 was extremely rude. She told me I could sit and wait in the lobby until the room was ready along with my wife and three kids until they got around to cleaning my room. I was never given a time even after I constantly asked for a timeline. I told her I was extremely agitated and dissatisfied with there service and I was told she has to make room for Georgia power because they need rooms. I told her this wouldn’t have been an issue if they would have let me cancel my stay for the 9th through the 11th and change it to the following weekend. She then told me that they had no power for hours and couldn’t make changes. So if you can’t clean your rooms and can’t accommodate guests why am I expected to pay for sub par service and on top of that never once offered the opportunity to cancel or move my reservation time? I took my family out to eat and returned finally around 10:00 pm and my room was finally ready, 7 hours after my 3pm check in time. They wouldn’t even take a day off from my reservation since they failed to have my room ready. When I checked out I was not asked if my stay was satisfactory. When I asked for a manager to talk about my horrific stay I was told I could just go online and leave a review. Apparently this hotel will do whatever it takes to keep your money and give you beyond unapologetic disgraceful service. I will never stay at any of these hotels as long as I live and neither will any of my family members.

    They were very fast to fix an maintenance issue clean and we'll stocked managers happy hours 5-8 pm. Comfortable bed and convenient phone charging.

    Manager's reception dinner was cold and offered no variety. Only alcohol and Coca-Cola available to drink - no water. Breakfast was good though. The bed itself was clean and comfortable, though the pillows were all lumpy. Mirror and desk chair were in disrepair. Bathroom vent barely worked and was coated with dust. If you stay here, make sure to get a good price.

    This was a nice, clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in the vicinity of Six Flags Over Georgia. The beds were comfortable and our room was ready before check in time after checking in via the Hilton app. The breakfast was good too. My only complaint was that we were checked out automatically 20 minutes prior to check out time (12:00 local time) and this deactivated our digital room key. Other than that, there were no issues with this hotel and we will stay there again in the future.

    We enjoyed staying here. You can check in via the Hilton app and use a digital room key. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Breakfast is provided here. No complaints!

    The carpet in our room was sticky. The tub faucet leaks. But the beds are comfy and it is a very pretty building with a nice pool

    Staff was helpful and friendly; the room was recently updated with new furnitire. Carpet had just been cleaned and was a little damp on 1 side of the bed, but otherwise a nice quiet room.

    The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and even gave us snacks and water upon arrival. It is so close to six flags which is nice after being in your feet all day. The breakfast was hot and had a waffle bar. An awesome time, I would definitely stay there again.

    Always a friendly face at the front desk. Great customer service and this place is very clean. Great free breakfast and a beautiful, elegant atmosphere. Thin walls is the only reason i gave it a 4. Would recommend this place for a nice and pleasant stay.

    The location was easy to find, but the area was very industrial looking making the attractive hotel look out of place. However, they had bushes/flowers and other beautiful greenery to make you feel like you'd entered a different, relaxing atmosphere once on hotel grounds. I visited a friend who had stayed overnight there, and met her for breakfast. There was fresh fruit, cereal and pastries. If there had been options for a hot breakfast as well, I would have given 5 stars.
