Very Nice and Clean hotel! Nice staff. It’s not a luxury hotel but worthy the price! Recommend!
The breakfast is of course not big But for the price its great. We asked for non perfumed room and it was great! Fresh and clean and no perfume smell.

Stayed with a 3rd party reward point program and not sure what the original price was but looks $100 - $120 range as per Google and other sites. Staying in Florida City is a good idea if you're planning a day trip to Florida Keys. We could hear normal conversation and TV sound from another room, likely one side is occupied and the other wasn't. Free breakfast and Internet connection weren't bad.

Excellent stay. The staff was friendly when we arrived during late evening hours. Timely check in & accommodation. We took advantage of breakfast, simple but did the trick. Our room was clean on arrival & the house keeping staff did great throughout our stay. Many shopping options near by was very useful. The grounds of the place was very well manicured & clean. All in a very pleasant experience.

Excellent family hotel. Good quality furnishings for a very reasonable price. Breakfast included is satisfactory. Ideal location to explore the Everglades, Miami, Key Largo and even Key West. Close to excellent amenities including gas stations, popular restaurants, shopping malls. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday.

Great value for the money hotel. We stayed there one night on our way back from Key west to Melbourne. Checking in was very quick. It is Close to Everglades and other attractions in that area. Many Fast food restaurants right across the road. The breakfast was very good and fresh and the breakfast room is big enough. The room was clean and comfortable for our family . It was a 45 minutes drive to Miami beach and we enjoyed staying at this less expensive hotel. I would definitely recommend this.

I'm torn, because the people were super nice and the grounds were beautiful, but when I stay overnight somewhere overnight, I want the room to be comfortable. I could hear normal conversation in the room next door, my AC could barely keep up, the shower grout was in disrepair, the TV was painfully slow to change channels and there was no channel list. For the price, I expected more.

Man this place has great rooms, great continental breakfast, awesome pool, the staff seems to be very friendly and they are exceptional at keeping the room clean. Only one problem for me that is there is no smoking rooms.

We arrived and immediately Trinity the desk clerk wanted to see how she could make our stay better?
She gave us a newly remodeled queen room with great accommodations. The room is perfectly equipped for the business traveler or a couple looking for economic option before entering The beautiful Florida Keys.
The pool area is ready for a family or couple like us who were ready to celebrate.
The only problem I've encountered is a poorly set toilet which rocks and feels like it could come completely loose at any sitting.
Best deal prior to the Keys or before Miami .

Very nice and inexpensive hotel, located right at the entrance to the Florida Keys. Many stores to chose from, including two Wal-Marts, bakeries, banks and gas stations to name a few POI. Ok breakfast, nothing fancy.

I'm currently at the hotel right now and it has been a really bad experience. There is no light in the pool bathrooms or water, you can't even flush the toilet. The breakfast was really bad And I can truly say I would never rent this again.

Accommodations were fine. It was clean. The AC worked. We didn't try the outdoor pool but it looked clean and a bit small. The location is great for Everglades access. There's also a Starbucks across the street, as well as fast food options, Cracker Barrel and a Walmart down the street.

The breakfast offered was very minimal. No hot foods, and the donuts weren't very good. The breakfast coffee is terrible, but the in room coffee maker brew is better.

The Fairway Inn is definitely one of the best kept hotels I have ever been to period it is very clean very nice and the rooms are very well designed. Staff is extremely professional and very nice. My dad comes to this hotel every time he goes to the Florida Keys or even Miami because of how good it is. I will be a regular from now on.

Cockroach in toilet. Super loud air conditioner. Obnoxious sign telling you not to steal coffee maker, towels, sheets, hair dryer, etc. And how much they will charge you if you do. (Seriously, $60 for sheets, who steals cheap super low thread count bed sheets from a hotel?) I could go on but I won't! Gross, much better places to stay in this town.
