Room that we got was accessible one and the bathroom was NOT CLEAN. Room had microwave. Broken tiles and colored marks on floor and walls. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is typical for BW. Has a nice pool n jacuzzi. Location is close to several fast food and restaurants. Made it for decent stop on our way to Key west.

Nice location, stopped when traveling to the Keys. Front desk was friendly and gave great recommendations for local food choices for dinner.. Mario's Family Restaurant was great! Only downside was hot tub was not working and it sounds like it had been out for sometime. Super breakfast with very clean and attentive area and staff.

I got pink eye from one of the rooms on my 21st birthday!! Now i am suffering, saw a past review that said someone got scabies a year agoGROSS. Wish i had seen that before we booked. Every employee we encountered besides the one nice lady we didnt see before but who checked us out seemed rude or like they didn't want to be there at all. I will admit the rooms were nice and they do have a good pool area, hot tub and even corn hole which is awesome, plus ideal location for keysso if you are willing to get pink eye or scabies go for it!

    Edit:

They posted some BS response about pink eyeyou can get pink eye if someone in the room before had it and touched stuff in the room that was not properly cleaned such as a pillow cover they slept on, etc.

So not only did I suffer on my 21st birthday but somehow they are 100% it wasn’t from the room or poor cleaning at their location.

Everything was perfect, extremely clean and well updated. Location was perfect and quiet. We would check this place first to see if they had rooms available before checking anywhere else if we vacation to the Florida Keys again. Our only thing was the beds and pillows weren’t that comfortable. We were so tired after traveling and sight seeing so much that the beds and pillows didn’t matter to us that much. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, looks like they keep it up, one of the better hotels with the out side doors for your entrance, it's one of your better hotels around this area, breakfast is your basic cereal, waffle, and hotel 🏨 eggs. Overall with condition and style it's a 3 rating maybe 3.5 with condition/clean a 4 out of 5 review and 2.5 star out of of 5 star style hotel. I would stay again

Very nice place, one of the best Best Westerns I've stayed in. Rooms are nicely remodeled and clean. And their breakfast is awesome (waffles, eggs and sausage on top of the usual cold stuff). Prices are decent as well. Didn't break the bank. Nice pool area too. Highly recommended!

Over all the service was well performed. The staff was very attentive and the pricing was rather decent considering the location. The area is local hotspot for your typical tourist on their way down to the Keys, so there's always a variety of interesting people. I also noticed a member of staff speaking a different language to a guest, and that led me to believe that this place had employees that were dedicated to performing exceptional customer service. I would be willing to spend the night if it not had been for work, that is.

Everything is just as described in the pictures. The price was very reasonable for the room. The room was nice although the beds aren't as comfy the pillow was rock hard. It felt like it was stuffed with newspapers. I'd highly recommend bringing your own pillows! The sheets are very rough but over all great service, great pricing, lovely place.

We loved our stay here. It's nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly, and as long as you aren't Celiac, or have any other dietary limitations, the breakfast spread is nice. (do not trust the breakfast lady to give you accurate dietary info on the food. She thought gluten was the "stuff that held the food together")

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the people we met from all over the world. If we visit Southern Florida again, we will stay here, happily.

Eh wouldn't stay there again. It was clean but the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, pretty generic. Sausage, powdered eggs, waffles, fruit, juice, milk cereal, breads, yogurt, peanut butter etc but it wasn't good enough to return knowing what another less expensive place offers. It wasn't worth the extra $20 when I can get a better breakfast and more comfortable beds and pillows at a cheaper place.

This is not a resort nor is this hotel (or any nearby) a hotel to stay for a weekend. This (and the hotels around there) are just stopping points for rest (unless your going to the races). Anyhow, there is nothing to do or see in this area, but if you just need a place to crash, this hotel is great, especially at this price point.

    - Good rates,

    - Great room with couch and small fridge,

    - Easy to find,

    - 24hr security guard assigned to parking lot,

    - Friendly staff

    - Pool and jacuzzi (needs updating, but still nice)

    - And for those of us who always check the AC; this is the first place in hot weather who's AC got the room to high 50's!!! Awesome!!!

Overall a decent hotel. No-frills, but clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was no toilet paper in our room when we arrived, but upon notifying the front desk some was brought within two minutes. It's a decent alternative to an airport hotel if you want to get an early start on your trip to the keys the next day.

Good price with everything we needed. The location is convenient to many attractions as well as places to eat. The pool and hot tub area is really lovely and inviting. The free breakfast is adequate. The only weird thing is all the adjoining rooms. Our room had an adjoining door on both sides. Customers with accessibility issues need to choose rooms carefully as this hotel is on two floors without an elevator and with exterior corridors.
