My husband and I arrived at different times. The staff was absolutely wonderful in working with us on that. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby had a nice conversation area.

It was okay. Clean rooms, decent customer service. Parking prices a bit on the high side. Don't know why the bathrooms don't have fans. The pool was supposed to open at 6, but nobody unlocked it until much later.

Probably a normally not too bad place, but When we arrived they were resurfacing the parking garage. Very hard to navigate with cars coming in and out, with one lane. Also the smell was horrible. Rooms were quite small. We had 2 queen beds. We also have an infant and stroller. Very difficult to fit a stroller and crib in the room. The entry way to the hotel had one of the lane

It is a great place to relax, while exploring and traversing the wonderful city! I really enjoyed my stay, as it was peaceful and family friendly, while being quite casual. If you are looking for a place to stay while you travel that offers rest rather than worry, then this is a more than wonderful choice!

Great hotel. Stayed here for business visit. Super friendly and helpful staff. Jovan in the restaurant is particularly helpful.an friendly as are all the restaurant and bar staff. Highly recommend for a stay in salt lake city. Thanks guys for making our stay so lovely.

I was only there for an event, but the staff noticed I was looking a little lost, (that occurs naturally sometimes). The lady took me through an employee entrance, which was a little shorter than the regular route I would have taken. That earned them an extra star - going out of their way. Oh, and parking validation. I don't know if they do that for guests, but they did for the event.

Stayed here for my wedding room block and they gave us a great rate. The personnel are friendly, room and common areas were clean, the bed was comfy and we had a great view from our room in the 11th floor. It's in the city center so everything is walkable but if you do have a car it's an extra $15 per night to park in the garage which is kind of pricy in my opinion. Didn't have food at hotel. Pool was small but nice and had a hot tub. Only the essentials in the gym.

Copper canyon bar had no cold beer or cold glasses. First morning we woke up to a gantry outside our window before 8 am cleaning windows?! Will not come back here.

I have to say, the rooms were clean but dated. The bedside lights were almost falling off wall, I was scared to use them. The bathroom/shower leaves a lot to be desired. The "stylish" sink is only 3' deep causing the water to splash everywhere. The shower has such low water pressure that you have to stand against the front wall to get wet but it does have a "fancy" showerhead. There was no information in the room about hotel services. Where's the pool? I don't have a clue. Airport shuttle? Forget about it! I don't feel this hotel is worth the price tag. To be totally honest, I did not give them an opportunity to remedy the issues. Somethings you just can't fix.

This hotel sucks. I was to stay for two nightsinstead I left first thing in the morning after the 1st night. Rooms are super old.You can fell the springs on the bed mattress. The bathroom had mold and was falling apart..The AC sounds like old car starting up. I woke up every time it turned on. Also you can hear the train/tram passing by every 30min (so ANNOYING when your trying to sleep!!!!). Worst hotel stay I have had in years. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Just checked into the Radisson Salt Lake City Downtown and so far everything seems great. Rooms are clean, staff was very friendly, and facilities were easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at The Radisson. They have parking available, which is excellent, and they provide easy access for the guests to come, and go as they please. It's a very clean hotel, and has a lot of great amenities.

I attended a conference at this location. It's very conveniently located, has a Starbucks in the lobby, and is tastefully decorated. The staff was informed and kind. I had a great experience.

Great hotel. Located right next to the convention center downtown. There's shopping restaurants and ebejm between. The Mormon temple is right across the street free tours. If you make a right and go straight you hit a large shopping center. Go left and walk into the heart of the city including another large mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall all nice. NO BREAKFAST! Restaurant only, and they are overpriced! $11 for pancakes? $7 for juice? Really?? After the dinner experience I had? Parking is extra ($15/night), I assumed it was included but it's not. There's some broken pieces in the room, so maintenance needs to step up some. There's also furniture scattered about like they just threw the old lobby furniture anywhere when they got new stuff, looks kind of tacky
