The staff was really great! The hotel is as described, but the staff and the coffee out all day made our trip really nice. Not to rub it in, but ALL the front desk folks were so helpful and even KIND!

Stayed at the Panama City beach Hampton for a few days while I visited a customer in town. I'm used to the Hampton Inn in Atlanta so I was a little disappointed with the quality of this hotel compared to others, but overall was satisfied with my stay. The TV is slightly on the smaller side on top of a very small dresser and the closet is very small with very few hangers. Otherwise this Hampton Inn is as good as any other and worth the stay. Make sure to visit the sports bar across the parking lot as they serve great food and have an awesome staff. I would stay here again if I were to visit Panama City beach in the future.

Great hotel, one mile from the beach with free public parking. The water is crystal clear with exciting water activities all around. Great place for fun & family vacations. Panama City's Pier Park is a must see place to visit, shop & eat with great entertainment & nightlife.

The rooms are nice and very clean. The shower needs to be updated. The free breakfast is really above average for a hotel. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. They let us check in early. The pool is very small. It looks bigger in pictures. But we came to the beach for the gulf, not the pool. So it's not a big deal.

I wish I had a good experience but unfortunately my belongings were STOLEN. I spoke with Debbie Knight and Laura Burns on April 6th. I was told that they would get back to me with a final resolution. THEY NEVER DID! When I called on last Friday (April 21, 2017), I was told that the General Manager was sent an email on my behalf and would be in immediate contact with me on this Monday (April 24,2017), that also never happened. I stayed at this hotel on the first week of March and it's about to be the first week of May. It's a major issue for me that this issue has yet to be resolved. I need a resolution as soon as possible. I'm trying to be as professional as possible and expect the same professionalism on you alls end and that's not happening at all. If you have time to respond to reviews on google then you should have more than enough time to resolve my issue.

I was convinced I could a better rate for my son than staying in a condo. NOT TRUE!! I was quoted $198.55 PER NIGHT. Yes, this is for the Panama City Florida location. When I asked for Military discounts she told me nothing was available. that they have met their quota for that time period I requested information on. THAT IS F-ED UP !!!!! 16 yrs into a WARSMDH

I ALWAYS love the Hampton Inn. They have everything you could want in a hotel. We came in to free cookies and coffee in the lobby. So yummy! They feed ua a great breakfast and they have comfy beds and outlets on each side of the bed for 2 people to be able to plug in their cell phone charger. I know that's a little thing but it always annoys me that hotels don't have that. LOVE this hotel!

I'm a pharmacist and stay here often for business. Tonight a front desk employee, Christina, was very knowledgeable and helpful in my travel accommodations. She was patient, kind, and efficient. She definitely deserves recognition for her help and I recommend asking for her if you have any issues.
