Clean well sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Mid renovation so e-check in room number may not be actual but overall comfortable to overnight for an early flight. Good price for parking and shuttles every half hour.

Stay was friendly, breakfast provided. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Very accommodating. Just under construction so you have to walk all the way to the back to get in.

Hotel under renovation. We had a newly renovated room. Thought it was odd that there was no closet. It was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

The newly updated rooms looked good at first glance, but upon further inspection we're very strange. A random coat hanger on the wall, a ironing board simply stood up in the corner (no closets), and the window unit would alternate between hot and cold air making for vast temperature differentials throughout the night. In the morning the food was pathetic. Cold eggs, empty oatmeal container, and they even ran out of waffle batter. This was at 9 a.m., a full hour before breakfast was set to end. And to top it off, the computer system would not let them split the bill between 2 cards. Overall, a most unpleasant experience from a normally dependable hotel line.

I recently stayed at this hotel in one of the newly renovated rooms. They were very nice. The employees are extremely friendly. I really appreciated the 24 hour shuttle schedule. I will definitely return to this property.

As usual, Hampton Inn didn't disappoint. We had pre checked in, so our keys were ready to pick up when we arrived. Thw hotel staff offered us bottled water, which was most appreciated.The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had ample soft towels. The morning breakfast buffet offered a selection of pastries, cereals, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. If I could make one suggestion though: don't use so much Febreeze or freshener in the bedroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the free shuttle back to the airport was just icing on the cake.

Kristina and her male co-worker at the front desk were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping my husband and me find a dinner restaurant we would like and provided us with transportation. We could not have asked for better service.

We stayed for a week at the Hampton Inn over the holidays and it was perfect for the price. We looked for something close to Greenfield, and while the airport neighborhood isn't very scenic, it was convenient to the interstate and local highways, which made getting around quite easy. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
