Our skydiving club hosts its annual holiday party here every year, and it's always delightful. Clean, spacious, and comfortable banquet space. Good catering. Friendly staff. Discounted rooms for our members. Fun stuff!

I am a traveling nurse and this hotel meets all of my needs and then some. The rooms are clean, the staff are great, the food in the restaurant/bar/grill is amazing. Breakfast buffet is pretty good most morning. Well stocked and always fresh. Great swimming pool.

Nice budget hotel with indoor pool & jacuzzi. Full game room & Phenomenal breakfast buffet!!! Great location that's Close to Airport & tons of restaurants!! The service at the front desk was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with a smile.

I was charged $250 for smoking in the room. When I called and asked about it they said the room smelled like marijuana and was smokey. Now I did bring marijuana in that room I did, but I did not smoke it. The most I did was break it down and roll it up. I then left the room the hotel and smoked it. I did NOT smoke in that room. So yes the room did smell like marijuana, but no it was not smokey that is 100% honest to God truth. I did not smoke in that room. They are taking money from me. They have no evidence other then 2 people saying it was smoking no pictures no video nothing. If i did smoke in that room the whole floor would smell. The marijuana brought into that room was very good marijuana. These people who are accusing me of lying must not smoke. Witch is ok good for you, but who are they to say I smoked if they don't know the first thing about how it smells when it's lit up?! The rule is no smokingi didn't smoke. On top of that the sign says $150 charge.

The room it self is great an the pool an breakfast is amazing. As for the staff that is completely different they over charge you an don't want too give you your money back My room was 88.56 with taxes an everything which is no problem but they charged my card for 159.32 hmm do the math how much money should I get back??? 70.76 right. No they gave me 50.00 back well you guys still owe me 20.76 an when I told them that they told me no an won't give me my money back an hung up on me That is why they get a bad review!!!

Staff was nice. Am here for Brew City Book Signing. Carpets are dirty, (feet get black if your barefoot.) Breakfast ham is dry from sitting so long. Loved the fruit selection at breakfast. The eggs were runny which I am NOT a fan of. Our room was on the opposite side of the ballroom. Nice ballroom. Muggy inside when the weather is rainy and if you aren't under direct A.C.. Our friends room had BLACK mold This hotel has potential but need serious TLC.

My husband sister and I traveled from FL for a memorial service of a recently passed member.
We stopped in to the Aviator for lunch after arriving at MKE. The grown up grill cheese sandwich was fantastic and the burger and sweet potato fries were great. Jessica, our bartender, was very polite and made my mudslide drink to perfection. Jessica, we wanted to share this review and make everyone aware that you handled the bar and dining area by yourself with grace and precision. We hope your management team sees this accolade to you and recognizes your effort! Thank you for a wonderful lunch experience!

I was here as a hotel guest and also attended a wedding rehearsal dinner and a wedding reception catered through the hotel. All of the hotel catered food was delicious and well prepared. The conference room for the reception was very adequate in size and the facility was very nice. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The beds are soft and comfortable. There are a lot of in-room amenities- complimentary coffee, WiFi, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, etc. There's a computer area downstairs open to the hotel patrons. Everything you would expect from a nice hotel. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Very nice pool and hot tub area. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of selection and tasted good. Very nice dining area/restaurant/bar. I will stay here again when I visit Milwaukee on my next trip to Milwaukee, but also would recommend it to anyone interested in using it for a wedding reception, large group outing and large or small business meetings, etc.

Overall a good a experience. Good: Staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was as advertised. Rooms were clean, TV service was outstanding, bed was comfortable. Breakfast on the go is available for early departures. Bad: Adjoining room door did not seem secure and the dead bolt didn't engage. Walls are quite thin. WiFi was exceptionally slow.

Good location for those using the airport. My room was located about 30 away from their open pool area. Because of this my room was hot and humid through the whole night even with "air conditioning" going. I'm giving them any stars because of there bar. I didn't drink but I did get food and the service there was great. I recommend anyone who has to suffer the stay goes down to the bar.

I chose to use my rewards for my three day stay and the first night I was charged 139.69. When I approached the lady at the front desk she told me that I wasn't getting anything free, I am glad to say the other person which was a male overheard the conversation and took care of the situation and informed the other clerk how the rewards worked. I am still waiting for my money however the beds are very comfortable and my room was clean for the exception of the carpet. The carpet smelled like wet dirty clothes and the only reason I noticed this is I was trying to stretch out my back. Overall nice hotel indoor pool and good WIFI.

Really clean exterior appearance which played a big part in our decision to stay at this particular hotel, the staff was very kind and accommodating. The internet was ridiculously slow, and the refrigerator in our room kept making a pulsing robotic belching sound so we unplugged it. The vending machines barely had anything in them, and the housekeeping staff were unusually aggressive about cleaning our room, but despite all mentioned above, overall we were not displeased with staying at this hotel. Would recommend for overnight stay.

The hotel stay overall was just Ok. My biggest complaint was my AC was out for two of the three nights that I was there was no compensation for this at all. I was told that the hotel was totally booked so they could not move me. The only options they gave me was to open up my window for fresh/cool air and they could provide me a box fan.
For me AC is a primary amenity and no type of compensation such as reduced room cost, voucher of future stay, or anything. This didn't sit well with me and would make me re-think staying at this Best Western for my future travels to Milwaukee.response / report this review -

The service at this hotel is amazing, shuttle drop off and pick up from the airport, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had. Rooms are good quality. This is an amazing hotel for the price. Our car died during our stay and they even had a jump pack for us to use. Will definitely stay here again. Also the 12 pm check out time is great.
