Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful and since I had previously booked our room, it made it 10x faster to check in. When we got to our room, the room was very very nice for the price we got it for. Everything was very clean and the room was very big. The only bad thing about the room is that the microwave did not work. There was plenty of parking but it was kind of tight. The view of the mountains across the street from our room was very beautiful. There was a pool, but it was chilly so we did not get in. It looked clean but just old. We didn't bother with the breakfast so I have no comment on that. Overall, the stay was quite nice and for the price, it was definitely a great value.

Compared to other hotels this one was great. Room was very clean. Towels and bedding clean. Bathroom was nice love the shower head. Everything worked great. Tv, cable, Min fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker, iron and blow dryer what more could you ask for. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a sofa chair and footrest that was stained and looked dirty rather they should have a small table with chairs to eat on beside the desk. A bit traffic noise because being by freeway so expected. Had breakfast which was so good the waffles yummy recommend trying but get there before 8am if you can almost everything was gone. Lastly Staff was friendly and helpful when first checked in was told we had a smoking room which was not what i wanted but it was a easy fix to nonsmoking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quaint, comfy and affordable. Easy to reserve and check in as well. From what I recall, it was a good experience and I would definitely return in the future.

Quality Inn is the best value hotel in Lake Elsinore (better than Motel 6).
+Extremely helpful and friendly staff, best I've ever encountered.
+The room was perfect, beds were comfortable (got to choose two queen beds) and it does have a much larger than average flat TV and internet worked great.
+Loved the awesome continental breakfast which was included in the price of my room.
Overall, great facilities, location (near freeway) and food and I totally would recommend for people who are looking for under $70 budget place to stay.response / report this review -

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was not expecting to enjoy staying here.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. Front desk said it was not used for a couple days which means it sat dirty for days. The second rooms bathroom looked like a diy project that was not finished.

Room was nicer than I initially expected. It was clean. Microwave, a/c, mini fridge, & wifi all worked. Not much noise seeping in from outside or from adjacent rooms. Free breakfast was great; they had waffles, eggs, sausage, along with coffee & juice. Thumbs up!

I called and asked for a late check out and was absolutely blown away when the woman at the front desk asked me how long I needed. My answer was noon and she said that would be fine! I absolutely will be coming back because to me that was awesome customer service. I am frequently staying in hotels and almost always it's a hastle to be allowed even 30min late check out if anything. Thank you quality inn!

Well the Quality Inn at Lake Elsinore did everything I needed I don't know what all the beef's are about and some of the other reviews. The staff was extremely polite the grounds are clean the lungs are mode the breakfast was a little wimpy but I guess I'm particular the room was perfect and it does have a much larger than average flat TV I like that the internet work great and I had an event in Temecula and for fifty bucks less I really like staying up here instead of down there cool by me period I'd go for it

I had a bad experience first of all I will like to say that the lady by a name sally who day's she's the manager didn't want to give a receipt for a payment she received in cash but, she changed her mind when a man that was waiting in line told her " you are not in mexico"you should always give a receipt. So she finally gave one. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and she won't let you talk at all she has a answer before you even say anything.

I stayed on a Sunday night. You can really beat the price. This is better than the motel 6 around. At least, quality inn has hair dryer, tissue, free internet, and cable TV. I totally would recommend for people who are looking for under $70 budget place to stay.
