Excellent customer service at this location! I stayed here twice in the last month to be close to my ailing father. The staff are extremely accommodating all around, from the front desk to the dining area to housekeeping. I rarely write reviews, but having stayed at many Marriott hotels across the country I was so impressed with this location I had to write one for them. The breakfast was good, rooms are clean and spacious, bed is comfortable.

The staff are great very friendly, kind and understanding of individuals needs. Plus their breakfast is diverse from day to day and the waffles are make them yourself, can't go wrong.

Celebrated my niece's 8th birthday this weekend with a surprise visit to Magic Mountain and this place is really close to the park. Loved how spacious our suite was big enough for entire family. Would like A/C unit in each room to control individual climate. My sister like a warm climate as I'm a cool 69 degree at night and with central A/C not able to sleep as too hot in my room. All air blown into other room and living room. Breakfast had options for all types. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax.

True to the Residence Inn format, rooms include a well-equipped kitchen stocked with cups, dishes, and utensils. There are even large refrigerators which are helpful for long duration stays. This is great if you want somewhere to come home to eat at night rather than going out.
Most of the rooms feature a sizable working area. This is especially true in the 'Studios' which I recommend if you are travelling alone or as a couple since they have a more open feel and are usually cheaper. A majority of the time, the rooms are clean and in working order.
WiFi throughout the facility is above-adequate and Marriott Gold/Platinum members receive the "enhanced" speed for free. It's fast enough to accomplish most work tasks, however you might want to download those 4K Netflix episodes before you leave home.
This is a fairly central location being a 10-minute drive to most area businesses and attractions. The building easy to find yet not too close to the I-5 and associated traffic noise. Additionally, there is usually plenty of parking and even a few 'oversize' spots in the back for those travelling with trailers or in campers.
The breakfast buffet here is fantastic, officially the best free [hotel breakfast] I've experienced anywhere around the world! They have plenty of food choices which are always well-stocked and the staff here truly takes ownership in providing a good service. You even have the option to dine on real plates, silverware, and mugs--a small, but nice touch.
With a few past exceptions, my experience is that the staff here is very friendly and professional.
Having stayed at this property around 50 times over the past 6 years, I'd say that this is an excellent Residence Inn. Across that swath of time and within their brand, I'd rate this location 4.5 of 5 stars.response / report this review -

we use the guest banquet hall for our church. we have been there a little over a year. the staff is always very helpful and friendly. always willing to help. we had them provide breakfast burritos once they were very good and with all the fixings.

Other than needing an update, this is a pretty nice place. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They have dinner meals 3 times a week, (used to be 4) and it's not over the top but can be acceptable. They do serve beer as well, although not any I like, mostly variety run of the mill beer like shock top and Coors. Overall I would rate this hotel, and I travel in my career 11 months a year, about a 3 and a half but they don't have half stars😎

The staff here is amazing. So welcoming and kind. They have amazing free breakfast and social events with food and drinks scheduled multiple times a week. Plus a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. I love staying here. It feels like home Only better. Hahahha

I loved the hotel. They have a swimming pool, basketball court, gym, and a lot of room to play other games. Their staff is very helpful and polite. The food is very good.The cook asked us if we wanted anything else. If you are looking to book a hotel in Los Angles this is the for you. :]

The service people in this hotel are awesome! They treat you like you are family and I just wanted to hug them haha (I didn't but thought on it).
During my last morning in the stay, the chef of the breakfast buffet offered me a smoothie so delicious that he made my morning right before leaving to the airport.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Santa Clarita, this is an excellent option. ☺️response / report this review -
