The rooms were pretty small, but everything else was great. Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was even better than average for a typical hotel breakfast. Very convenient to Ober tram and all downtown area. It was awesome to walk.out of our hotel room and go straight to shopping and dinner and not have to worry about driving in the terrible traffic.

Hotel was in a great location. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The only downsides were the rooms were small for even Hampton and you could hear every thing outside and next door.

Clean, cozy, and in a great location for walking. The rooms seem to have been renovated recently and look brand new inside. The family and I visit Gatlinburg once or twice a year, and this will definitely be on the short list of accommodations.

Great location for the main drag. Everything is in walking distance. Hotel room stayed clean and the service was always good.

The noisiest and smokiest non-smoking Hampton Hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was not all that friendly. The same breakfast was served all week long. They have a nice hot tub and pool. The balcony overlooking the creek was nice to enjoy when it wasn't filled with cigarette smoke from other people on the street or other balconies. Between the guest's noisy cars and car alarms and dumpster service and noisy maid carts, it was hard to sleep in the early morning. The rooms doors open to the outside on both sides of the room. It was the only Hampton we've ever stayed in that was more like a Motor Lodge than a hotel. It was located right in the heart of the downtown Gatlinburg strip which was nice if you wanted to walk to the restaurants and shops; however, if you wanted to do anything outside of the strip, traffic was very difficult to navigate.

Loved this Hampton Inn. Very clean, even the carpets. Loved all the extra storage in the bathroom. Great breakfast and very friendly service here. Quick check in and out. Will definitely stay here when in the area again.

Great hotel! It was our wedding anniversary they upgrade us to a suite which had a nice view of the river behind us. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very courteous and welcoming. This is our second time staying here and we will come and stay again.

Rooms are nice. Not new but clean and a good size. Microwave and mini fridge are nice extras. No room safe which is a little unnerving leaving valuables in the room.

I lived in a studio with kitchen. Compared with other Hampton inn I lived before, this one looks much older. The appliances in the kitchen also pretty old. The shower water takes a while to have warm water. Only one thing makes me happy is that it offers the breakfast. So, I will rate it as 3 overall.
