Everythibg was good except for the shotty internet it only ran at 50kb/s and had very poor signal throught the Building

The staff was very friendly. They even had candy for Halloween. The room was nice, but bathroom seemed a little small. It did serve its purpose though. Lol

good location for Addison Airport where I am doing flight training for the next 2 weeks. WiFi in my room could be better, breakfast available in the lobby at 6am and is a good start to the day. friendly and accommodating staff as well

Fine place to stay. Getting a little dated, but rooms are clean enough. May have to wait at the front desk until somebody makes it back to help you.

I travel all the time and carry with me an Apple TV to watch my favorite tv shows and movies. Unfortunately, this hotel first seemed nice and people very welcoming but got disappointed after requesting to have a different remote control that would allow me to change ports (HDMI I, etc) I was told they couldn't give me one. According to Leroy (maintenance guy), his boss told him they couldn't give these type of remote controls to their guest.

It is a big disappointment that not all Hilton hotels keep the same level of customer service and satisfaction

Very small and secluded. But don't let that take away what great access to Addison it gives. The rooms are great size and the staff is nice and quiet and friendly. I'll look forward to making another stay here in the near future.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good, we were attending Freshman Orientation at UT Dallas and the staff was extremely accommodating to prepare a to go breakfast for our daughter. We forgot 1 toothbrush and they were able to provide 1 too us. Pleasant experience.

The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were small, however the customer service was great, and the continental breakfast was awesome.

In town for business. Easy check in, friendly staff, slightly dated room, but clean. Convenient location to where I am working. Many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Good value. I checked in from the airport and used digital key. The desk clerk greeted me with the typical chocolate chip cookie. Good variety at breakfast with friendly staff.

Quiet. Good breakfast. Sink in room was cracked, cable outlet hanging out of wall. No safe. King room does not have microwave or fridge but it reads like some rooms may. Lots of power plugs. Internet speed good.
