This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Addison, and we've been coming here annually to see the Christmas lights of Dallas for years. The Marriott Quorum's staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The decor is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. The parking situation is a little confusing (we had to call the front desk to be able to get out of the parking lot after we checked out!) but that was the only trifle we had to deal with. I definitely plan to make this hotel our home base any time we come back to Addison.

I had my wedding ceremony here, and they were very nice and accommodating! I'd recommend this place to other people. They also provided us cookies and chocolate covered strawberries with a note from the venue manager, which I thought were very sweet gestures. Really happy we choose this place for my wedding ceremony!

Attended a work party there. Clean and nice venue. Separate bathrooms were nice. The bar selection was pretty limited but they had two open so service was quick. Access and parking was convenient. Nothing amazing but solid across the board.

Went to this hotel for a work related conference. The staff was amazing, the in house Starbucks, and the ballrooms we were in were nice. The chairs we had were a little uncomfortable and the lunch provided made some of our contestants a little sick. Overall I enjoyed the conference and the hotel and would stay here if applicable.

Older facility. Parking lot lights were not on when I arrived but I managed. Restaurant staff was awesome. Room was blissful. Conference facilities were great too.

I wished they had better room service. Took they a while to deliver my order. Almost an hour. The hotel was clean and comfy. Location might seem great with Galleria being next by but the traffic is terrible in the area.

Nice lobby but location is horrible and difficult to find the front enttance?! Very poor signage. Many rooms are EXTREMELY noisy since they are immediately adjacent to and face the highway, the North Dallas Tollway. Complain and see how unprofessional and incompetent the management staff really is! They just suck!!
Really! Don't waste your time. It's not worth it. It was kind of like talking to a chalkboard? 25 minutes of time I'll never recoup!response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel and awesome helpful staff. Michael was very professional and accommodating. Room was missing a coffee machine and the remote had no battery that's why 4 not 5 stars

Modern, new, clean. Good size space. However, more AC would have been appreciated since about 400 people were in 1 room. Overall would recommend for professional events.

we had a awesome time and the hotel was fabulous, everyone we had contact with was fantastic, from front desk to housekeeping to valet,to all the restaurant servers. We were at the pool everyday, the pool was kept very clean they kept the chairs with clean towels all the time. We went to the buffet on Sat and Sun, food was excellant and hot !!!! luv this place

Beautiful, impeccably maintained hotel in the heart of Addison and Far North Dallas. Close to bars and restaurants, so perfect for a place to carry things on should your evening go that way! Popular with business travelers, and location can't be beat. Bar near the lobby is very popular on the weekends and especially during special events in the area. A great place to stay at a reasonable price with great service and amenities.

Acceptable for a short stay. Service experience is appropriate and rooms are generally comfortable (not noisy, etc). I would recommend for the price point.

Big fancy high end hotel. Very nice place to see and be seen. Nice meeting rooms and all. They had a little restaurant in the lobby as well as Starbucks. Staff was very friendly. Nice place. $15 a night to park.
