Great experience. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and staff had a great demeanor considering it was Christmas. Would recommend anyone stay here!

What a nice clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. The things I didn't care for, the pool was ice cold. It got chilly this week and couldn't get into the pool as it was too cold. A hot tub is needed. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to write home about. No bacon and the sausage seems to be a brown and serve type sausage.

Clean place. Lobby is clear and quiet. Breakfast is fulfilling and prepared daily as promised. Immaculate restroom on the first floor. Coffee and tea available all day, as an added bonus!

Nov 4 when we checked in the “key” wouldn’t unlock the door. We told the guy at the desk and he said he would send someone down. We went out for awhile and came back and it still wasn’t fixed (2hours) we called again and he said he would call someone. Again, nothing happened. Again I called and said we are leaving for dinner, can we get back in. he said, yes, I have a key. When we came back the door was open……………..I mean open as in you could walk right in.
Luckily, we had removed all our belongings because frankly by this time, we did trust anyone.
When we approached him yet again, he said well, all the maintenance men had gone home now.
We explained how disgusted we were by now and he virtually just shrugged it off.
The next day we tried to talk to the manager, but he supposedly wasn’t there. the morning person was nice, but couldn’t really do anything other than take our name and number. Totally unacceptable.response / report this review -

Been here for 5 days due to electricity being out from hurricane Irma. Everyone calls me Jesus. Lol. It's an awesome, friendly place to stay and if there's anything you want, the amazing staff is always there to help. The beds are extra comfy and the breakfast in the morning is great. Definitely 5*.

Nice newer hotel woth a great breakfast assortment. Only reason its not a 5- star is lack of boat trailer accessible parking. Only option was to unhook boat in a parking space and park next to it with the truck.

Excellent value for money, large quiet rooms, silent air conditioning, nice complementary breakfast selection. They also have several electric charging stations for your electric car/Tesla.

Score 1(crappy) to 10 (perfect) 10-Beach front suite. 10-Entire suite very clean. 1 or 10-Bed mattress super soft. (not bad not good) just a preference thing. 10-Friendly staff. 10-On site bar a plus with food. 10-Bathroom jetted tub with a ocean view (made Mamma very happy) 3-Bathroom decor-very boring (needs color.) 3-Shower stall-very slippery. 10-Safe location
