The view, amazingthe restaurant and staff wonderfulbar on the pier and staff delightfulthe room and building? Need to be CONDEMNED!
Filthy, dirty, delapidated, rotten wood, filthy housekeeping, m&ms and bottle caps under bed upon arrivalgrout black from not being clean and rotten wood next to shower and painted over to cover it up?!? Dirty fingerprints everywhere on all doors and windows,
Wore my shoes at all times and did not want to walk on carpethad a rash all over my body after I left!!!
Stairways bowing wood under feet while carrying luggage, holding onto rusted railings, cracked glass windows
Entertainment in restaurant great, charm of vintage looking 1960 style building quaint but NO Reno since 1960? IS WRONG! and misleadingin the photos they post to entice you, those pics of the rooms I’ve seen are not what I paid forthey have had violations in the past and nothing has changedlook it up;/
Being close to the Manatees tour is nice, but 3 minutes away is another hotel that for $25 -$50+ more a night I can guarantee will not get you a skin issue, have to wash all your clothes in hot water, bag your suitcase and leave it outside, or throw everything outetc.
I know weather in this state can create issues but that is what insurance is for!
I would be willing to pay more to be that close with all the convients of Capt. Mikes Manatee tour(that was awesome and the staff “funny” and professional )

We all had such a great time. Michelle at the front desk was very pleasent and accommodating. She let us in our room a little early and provided us with a slip for our boat. Also we were able to leave our kayak on the patio. The view was amazing from our room and the sunsets were breathtaking. All and all a great trip. We cant wait to return.

It was a cool place to eat and drink I had flaming shrimp to eat and a suggested drink I don't remember what it was good it was very good I do remember The View was very nice. You can eat outside or inside they have a dance floor here. It is a relaxed atmosphere. Service is good. The food is great. From steaks to Seafood. Salads. Just about anything you could want on the menu. Great place for relaxation on the water. I had a wonderful time. I love this place

This place was Wonderful! Boats are beautiful. Employees are friendly and extra bonus, Margarita Breeze is a great restaurant. They all take good care of you on the river.

Great location, our room was facing the bay, friendly. Our room was very clean so the bathroom, comfy bed and hot shower! The room was lacking some maitanance and the a/c wasn't working 100% but it did not affect our stay.

What makes this place great is the location and the amenity of a marina & dive shop on site. The place could stand a complete remodel but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar on site convenient and the food was good.

Gross!! Horrible experience. Housekeeping never showed up in the 3 nights I was there. Lies were made up why housekeeping didn't show up. Pet friendly hotel and The rooms do not get cleaned properly.
This is a poorly maintained motel.

Only visited for dinner, but live music was still entertaining when we were seated. Beautiful views right on the water. We were told the main spring head for Crystal River was there. There are pontoon rentals here along with many other activities. So u and the fam could def make an entire day adventure outta the Port Hotel & Marina. A bonus, if u are too tired to travel, get a room! Rooms look to be quaint, only walked by to see tho. Owners are improving, so stay tuned for this little treasure to become a hot spot! So go enjoy the peaceful scenery while u can, lol. The food portions were huge with average prices. Everything we had was great. They serve gulf shrimp for their peel n eats, so plump and fresh. Def will be back!

Paradise Breeze: Large waterside restaurant and bar.
We had a very large work group meet up. Our service was great, part-owner present, food was much better than my last visit over 1 year ago. There is an indoor bar and smaller eating area. This evening, rainy, they had indoor music, one guy wuth guitar. Nice:)response / report this review -

First of many complaints. They make up policy as they go with nothing posted. I reserved a room with a double bed and got only one bed with a pull out couch so dirty I thought I was in a homeless shelter. The room smelled of urine and cigarettes.the stairs are literally falling apart. The room was beyond outdated I think Ponce de Leon probably stayed there while exploring Florida. The kick in the **** is that isn't the worst part. The employees are rude and as incompetent as it gets. As for the owners they left me with the impression of being thieves liars and cowards. You would be better off sleeping in a jail cell in a foreign country. Someone needs to call animal protection to get these manatees to a safer area. They are endangered by the dilapidated surroundings of this place

I went to Margarita Breeze with my daughter and wife for drinks and food. Pleasant staff, family friendly. Ordered the super nachos, enough to feed 3-4 people. My little girl loved the decor on the walls. Waterside. Affordable. Strong drinks. Fun atmosphere. Will go back there in the future.

Beautiful location right on Kings Bay just around the corner from Three Sisters Springs. It is a great place to kayak and if you do not have your own they do rent them and they also went pontoon boats as well. The rooms are very spacious and clean and they have refrigerators and microwaves in them. We had a large king size bed and in the separate room there was a pull-out couch as well which works perfectly for me my husband and two boys. Checking wasn't until 3 but we had gotten there a little early to go kayaking so they went ahead and checked us in and told us that we could go to the room anytime after 1 o'clock so that was earlier than the regular check-in time which was great for us. We will definitely be staying there again.
