The staff is amazing. We had arrived at the wrong Hampton Inn the night before our flight out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport, but they transferred our reservation for us with no hassle at all. The next morning, the shuttle got us to the airport in about 10 minutes. My wife forgot her purse on the shuttle (which contained her photo ID, so she wasn't able to get on the flight), but they made a special trip back to the airport without any passengers to return her purse to her. Without their kindness, we would not have made our flight! We are very happy with Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel, great staff and good amount of amenities. The shuttle is very convenient, they can pick you up from the airport if you just call them. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room had outlets all over. Several even had a USB plug, which was nice. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. The bathroom door slides and does not lock, so if you stay with others, you need to be comfortable with that. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Overall, a good stay.

We have a son that lives in Cleveland so we are here a few times a year. This is one of the best places we've stayed in Cleveland. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved all the light in the bathroom, the only thing that kept me from rating a 5 is the lack of water pressure in the shower.response / report this review -

The staff was courteous in the hotel and rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast provided in the morning was better than I've had at many hotels in the area.

We have a son that lives in Cleveland so we are here a few times a year. This is one of the best places we've stayed in Cleveland. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved all the light in the bathroom, the only thing that kept me from rating a 5 is the lack of water pressure in the shower.

I'm a Hilton Honors friends and family member, so I got my room half off. Location is good, not too loud but close to the freeway. There are a lot of chain restaurants nearby if you feel like going to something boring and consistent. The check-in staff were friendly. Our room was clean. Only issue was the sink takes forever to drain and the pressure in the shower was a joke. Breakfast in the morning was great, if not too busy.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I checked in late and the lady at the desk was very personable. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and different every morning. It is a very modern and nice hotel. The staff was friendly. I've got nothing but praise for this hotel.

The staff I met were all very nice, but overwhelmed by the number of guests they had in the hotel at the time. Rooms were being rushed, so they weren't as clean as they could have been. Ours smelled like old socks. The beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast was free, though pretty unappetizing. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom door was also the closet door. In other words, it was one door that slid on a track so that closing the bathroom door also opened the closet. It did not lock in any way, and I could see through the gap between the door and wall into the room beyond. Really awkward. Not a bad stay overall, but definitely not the best.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. I really loved the fresh got coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 with bigelow teas and coffee mate creamers. The morning breakfast was also wonderful. This hotel was very modern and clean with super comfy beds and very convenient location. Highly recommend!
