Only a few issues, free breakfast was not hot for covid rules but you can distance downstairs or go back to your room. Just a quick suggestion..if you use the ironing board at a hotel put down a towel someone dried their b.o. clothes on the board before us and you could really smell it. Yuck

Excellent service and wonderful atmosphere! I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to safely wear a mask and they were still very accommodating. Wonderful breakfast bar as well and the pool is so clean!

Loved our stay here. Everything was so nice and clean. The employee at the front desk was great. I asked for another blanket and water and he brought it up to the room so quickly. We come to Cincinnati often to get away for the weekend and we will definitely be staying here again.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a nice selection of options. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The only thing that keeps me from rating 5 stars is that my room was next to the elevators and ice machine and that was a little loud and the water in the shower was warm enough but I'd have liked it a little hotter. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is a great hotel with fantastic service! The people were friendly, the rooms are very clean, and breakfast was great. Something for everyone to enjoy. Coffee and tea bar at all times. Fresh fruit is also available at all times. The common area is very nice and open. A great place for our family to spend time together while there. The beds are comfy but rather firm. Not my favorite bed I've ever slept on but if you like a firm bed, you'll love it. The pillows aren't great but were fine for one night. They let me use the small meeting room to teach my online tutoring classes in the morning. Not many people staying there when we were there so it was very quiet. My sister in law used the gym and said it was also nice. Very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Great location about a mile off I-71. This hotel looked new or just remodeled. Some local food choices available less than a mile away.

Coming back to this location whenever I'm in the area. Greay service from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The swimming pool and the workout area was great. Very new and clean.

I stayed over night for my sister's soccer game, the service was absolutely fantastic. People there helped with whatever we needed and had a smile while doing it. Our room was very clean and comfortable it also has a vet good morning breakfast. It also has many good restaurants by it as well. Thank you for letting me stay.

I was checked into a handicap room which surprised me, but it was close to the side door and larger than usual. I also liked the multi head walk in shower in the bathroom. I also forgot my comb and toothpaste and was pleasantly surprised the front desk provides them for free. Overall a great stay!

This place was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was excellent! It's the littlest details like a night lite in the bathroom (I always have to bring one) a goodie bag to go for energy, with piece of fruit and a bottled water etc.Killer breakfast with eggs, cereal, omelets, bacon, fresh fruit and juices. Comfy beds, quiet atmosphere after hours. Microwave and mini fridge in room❤ simply by far one of the best places I've ever stayed at. I didn't want to go home LOL

The rooms were very nice and clean. Has complimentary breakfast which was great. Staff was great. Especially after I left my phone in the room after check out and she gave me a key to go get it. Overall a perfect stay!!

This hotel is either new or very recently renovated from top to bottom. Rooms are spacious and modern. We had a full glass shower. The breakfast was good and hot. Everyone was friendly and helpful too. Definitely one of the nicer Hampton Inns I've been to.

Cold and sterile. Nice folks working there but the look of this is anti-Hampton Inn. Cool grays, LED lighting throughout. Felt like a hospital operating room.

One of the best looking Hampton Inn I have ever been too. They were able to accommodate when I was running late for my late check out. Good service and good place. The only thing I had issues with was my room keys not working more than once.

Great atmosphere and greatest customer service. Sleeping was so great like we were on a minute vacation. We had a sisters weekend. Wish they had a Jacuzzi but the swimming pool work well. Love the free breakfast .

My family of four stayed at this hotel and loved it. The rooms were very clean and modern. The room also was equipped with lots of amenities, such as a microwave and a refrigerator. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the pool was clean and enjoyed by my children. The continental breakfast was delicious and contained plenty of I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
