Had a great experience shopping. Very easy. No harassment. I found items marked with the wrong price, prices benefiting me, they honored those prices!
Have an abundance amount to chose from. Great styles. Can customize most pieces to get what you want. Better quality furniture than most furniture stores.
Great shopping experience. I would highly recommend anybody looking for new furniture. Sales staff was great. Thank you Brad Clark
Friendly staff and very helpful. Some reasonably priced furniture. Many different price ranges depending on what you want to purchase.
My wife and I recently purchased four outstanding pieces from Furniture Fair that included a leather sofa and lift-top cocktail table. We worked with Rob and he was exceedingly patient, honest, and pleasant to work with. By the end of our time, I honestly felt like he got to know my wife and I a bit and we him some. It made for natural conversation and a winding tour of the showroom rather than a typical sales experience. His suggestions for us were spot on. I feel like we got great value for all the pieces we purchased. Of all the furniture stores in our area, this is the only one we found everything we were looking for - and the one we we'll return to once we're ready for a bit more.
I am 40 years old and have done a lot of shopping and this store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My initial visit was great and I purchased 2 leather motion max couches. What I've come to realize is that after you make a purchase they no longer care about you period. They've got your money and their sale/ commission whatever. My first couch arrived 2 weeks later and was damaged. The driver told my husband he'd been out drinking all night. It's been 2 1/2 months and I still haven't received my other couch or it's replacement. Every time I call they assure me next week. My husband or I take off work and they don't bother showing or even calling to cancel. Needless to say I cancelled my order after realizing that management doesn't care about the customer or doing what's right. After finally getting a number for corporate I got the damaged couch removed and everything cancelled. 3 months later my nightmare is over and I still have an empty living room. Save yourself the stress and spend your money with a company that has morals. Furniture Fair is NOT that company. If you do go stay away from Brad he should be selling used cars somewhere. Also Mike the store manager couldn't even muster an apology and was even worse than Brad.
They have a large selection of furniture it unique styles, and the staff was friendly without being smothering.
Mickey was attentive, informativebut the process was a little slow at the check out desk.
This experiance was enjoyable. Neither of the sales associates we met were pushy or high-pressure, but answered our questions with real concern and professionalism.
I am not sure where or who to contact for this. Associate Rick Blevins from 4363 Eastgate square Dr. Cincinnati ohio 45245 was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was like attending a class on Saturday with everything he told us.
He was genuine and really wanted to help. You do not get service like that anymore and talking to him was both humbling, and reassuring. The whole time there he made sure that he had our best interests in mind and he was very accommodating and attentive.
Please, if there is anything I can do to express how much of a gem you have at this location. Please ask. I'll share this, you can share it, post to other sites.
After telling the sales rep that we came in to just look around and would find him if we had questions or were interested in something he followed us around like a helpless child. Felt really uncomfortable. We decided to leave and visit other furniture stores. My wife and I told all these other stores the same thing, that we came in just to look and they respected that and gave us our space. Take note Furniture Fair.
