Extremely nice stay. Desk staff was courteous, room was quiet and very clean. Pool was warm and well-maintained, breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall, a great place to spend the night!

Great hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Also free happy hour. My only dog would be the breakfast. It was so average and maybe even below average.

Great little spot to rest your head. Awesome free breakfast options and coffee selections. Indoor little pool to hang out in. Rooms are clean and updated. Location is close to town. Not much to do in the area but perfect if you are there to visit family!

Room was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The two nights I was there they had a happy hour with complimentary hot food and beer/wine. It was decent beer, too, not just Bud Light. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Staff: friendly and accommodating, very helpful
Hotel: clean and quiet, I just wish the a/c units made more noise (helps me sleep)
Heated pool, no hot tub, exercise room, business center, a small pantry for snacks, and a decent breakfast.
I would stay here again.
PS there is Uber in the area and shopping/dining/movies not far away.response / report this review -

The location was nice. Not right in town, but with easy access to overland park, leawood, and Grandview. Kc proper was also not far. The building was next to the highway, and sounds of early commuters could be heard around 630. Overall, it was a positive and friendly experience.

Clean and nice breakfast and wifi available for Hilton honors members if you just sign up. Near a lot if convenient stores for travelers either business or pleasure

An excellent hotel. It's not as "in the middle of nowhere" as it seems. Good treats available in the lobby to greet you after a long day. Rooms very clean and in good order. Friendly service. Breakfast pretty much in line with other Hamptons, which equates to excellent overall.

The customer service was really great! The rooms were really clean as well. The pool made our whole families skin turn red. I think it was treated very strongly with chlorine. I grew up with a pool and we used chlorine but I've never had a reaction like this. Also, there wasn't much breakfast to choose from. They were out of a lot of stuff.
