The location is convenient. The staff is welcoming. They even had cookies and milk at check in.

Sonia at the front desk was very nice. I went to the Waffle House across the street and decided to eat in the lobby of the hotel and she brought me a water without me even asking for it. She keeps a smile on her face every time you talk to her. I will definitely come back to this hotel if they keep good employees like her.

Small good rooms are very clean and comfortable. Fell like I was home. A very very beautiful hotel. Will be back to visit again soon.

Our room was very clean and had great air conditioning! The hotel staff was very nice, and the hot breakfast was quite filling! Great location, only about an hour away from the University of South Carolina.

This was my second visit to this specific hotel and I feel every dime spent was worth it. Front desk customer service was outstanding her name was Temple I believe and the rooms are perfect. It is safe to say I will be

Location is pretty good, but have to do a turn around on Gordon Highway when traveling east and cant go east out of the parking lot to get back on 520. Service was excellent and breakfast top notch! Coffee actually tasted good too!

I am a Silver member and stay at a Hilton property one to two times a week. I called to get a room. They had one for me. Got there 3 hours later to check in and they gave me a bottom floor room next to the exit and next to the pool, which does not work for me. I asked them for a different room. They would not give me a different room due to being sold out. I told them no problem please just cancel my reservation and I would find a room somewhere else. The manger would not cancel my room even when their phone is ringing off the hook with people looking for a room. I had no choice but to stay at the hotel. I am very disappointed at the service and attitude I received from this hotel manager. I stay at Hampton Inns on a regular basis and never have received customer service this bad. On a side note I never received my welcome bottled water for being a Silver member and when I got to the room the AC was off and was very hot. Then the TV does not work. No help again from the front desk. Be cautious staying at this Hampton Inn.

Been staying here since March 1st. Decent continental breakfast, great customer service! When ordering delivery food the front desk would call ahead and let you know they were here. Best staff of any hampton inn I've ever stayed at!!

Had a one day work visit turn into 2 and found this was the closest Hampton Inn and was able to easily book a room. The employees I dealt with were all great, the room was clean and recently updated.

Great stay nice rooms but the maid service never came to clean room. We asked multiple times at the front desk and came back day after day to a dirty room. We cleaned it ourselves but we shouldn't have to were on vacation and were paying to stay here. After the first day I caught one of the maids eating chips and watching tv for 3 hours in one of the rooms. Also the hot tub wasn't hot it was colder then the pool. Comfortable beds but were paying for a nice clean room and they didn't deliver.

A very nice, updated hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.
