We’ve used this car wash twice in the last two months for a black automobile. We hand wash the car frequently but when a light layer of dirt accumulates we take it through a touchless wash. Both times we’ve used this car wash it’s as if someone sprayed the car with a garden hose as we drove by. There is literally zero dust/dirt removed and the only evidence we used the car wash is the CC charge and the water gathered in the door sills. We will not be using this one again.

Great car wash but almost always declines my credit card, even when I've just used it a few minutes before without any issues. Hopefully this will get worked out in the future because I enjoy the convenience of a car wash in Hampstead.
