Great crew and dive experience. I highly recommend Halls Dive Center when in the keys. we had a mixed group of snorkelers and divers and they did a great job with both.

This was our 1st dive w/ Hall's on 1st Lobster Season - Turned out great. We caught 1 lobster, but enjoyed our day. Crew were great - Personlet friendly Thank you!

Well I am surprised to see a few good ratings! Im glad a few people had a good experience here.. before I come off too shady or as if I am blasting anyone let me say that I really hate rating a business one star. I only do so if they truly deserve it. The only good thing I can say about this dive shop is it is conveniently located, it never seems to be too busy, & its clean inside. Now on to our story. We vacationed in the keys and my dad had done alot of online research on google as well as calling around places. He for whatever reason stumbled upon Halls! He thought this would be a great shop! As it turns out when we got there Everything and I mean everything in the shop was 2-3 times more expensive than Any other dive shop we walked into! Even the thing to measure a lobster elsewhere was literally $1-$2 and this place wants $5.99?! & they had others more expensive also!! The man at the counter did not seem cheery at all he was very short ended and had absolutely no energy behind his voice. He informed my dad who has been diving for almost 30 years that since he has not dove in about a year he would need to do a refresher class also pay someone to go out with him and it would cost an additional $175!!!! He also said he would not be able to do the class today or tomorrow and that the day after that is when it would be available and then Another day after that day is the day he could dive!! Completely and utterly dumbfounded we walked out feeling as if the dive wont happen! We then walked into several other dive shops who were confused about what the man had told my dad they said he would not need any additional classes and the dive master goes out on the trip with the group free of charge also the price includes the fees for the equipment, rentals, ect literally 60-70% off of what that other guy wanted just for the dive my dad would have had to spend an additional couple HUNDRED DOLLARS!! Also the dive master said if you are not diving past 25-30ft down you would not even need to take any additional classes or training and almost every single place in the keys goes to the same reef and its only 12-18ft down no where near deep sea diving!!!! We were in the area for over a week and each and every time we drove by there was ether no cars in the parking lot or just one. Im not sure how this place gets by. The dive boat we were on is nearly sold out every day. My dad got the opportunity to dive not only once, but Twice! He could have never afforded to dive otherwise with the prices here. I am very sad to give a business less than three stars. Please look at online reviews both good and bad! When you travel make sure to shop around and evaluate all options! There are so many places across the globe into a stereos who will shoot up their prices! Don't fall victim to pay the 75% more than you really should be paying!! Make your hard turned dollars go as far as they can!

An amazing school and experience! This is the only school you should attend if you have a passion for diving and career. Diving just about every day doesn't hurt either. If your looking for a career or fun Hall's diving center is your true answer.
And if your in the need to purchase gear you have a full service shop with the finest staff that will entertain all your diving needs!response / report this review -

Brice is an amazing scuba diving instructor. He is so knowledgeable and gives clear, concise, step by step instruction. I really like the passion he has for his craft and the fact that he is so personable. He is patient beyond belief and his calm personality made me so comfortable which sets a good environment for learning. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Brice. Great Job!!

Thanks for this great experience. It was fun. Jackson and Kirk are both great teacher and they let you take your time to get adapted to your surrounding. They are fun to work with. Service around the shop has been great. We will be sure to recomment you to people coming by.

Nice reviews, nice shop. Went over there on a Wednesday to ask whether we could dive with them the upcoming days (a party of two). They only planned to go out on Saturday but maybe sooner depending on other people coming in. Left our number and e-mail so we could be informed. Never heard from them, little bit disappointed. Luckily were able to go diving with another dive center.
