Employee was EXTREMELY rude. She asked if I needed any help and I said I was.just looking. She made a grumbling sound under her breath and some sort of comment that I am sure was rude. I immediately left and took my business to the Florida Dive Center in Islamorada.

The staff was excellent and so accommodating and friendly! My boyfriend and I went snorkeling at Tilden’s. Although it was a great excursion with beautiful water, I don’t recommend it for people who get seasick easily. Even with taking medication 4 out of 10 of us were seasick. It seemed to be only the snorkelers. So if your doing it for the scuba diving you might be alright. Overall even since the seasickness kinda ruined the trip I would still recommend it because the staff was so accommodating and friendly.

Great crew, who takes care of the customers and their safety! They took us to 2 different wonderful reefs where we stayed 1h each in the water, watching the sea life.

Nice little dive shop. I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the ladies there are kinda rude. Scott in the back is great though! He was very friendly and helpful!

Just got back from a trip with Wayne and Billie took my wife and two teenagers scuba/Snuba diving. Wayne was excellent with the kids and helping them with the Snuba equipment because they had never been diving before He made them feel comfortable and he pointed out every sea animal he could. Incredible experience 10/10. I highly recommend for anyone seeking an amazing adventure !

Awesome shop. I needed a protective case for my sons mask. First time visiting the shop. The owner made me feel like regular customer. Good selection of gear and very knowledgeable staff.

Myself my wife and two kids did our night dive certification plus 3 other dives. What a great time with a very knowledgeable group of instructors captains and guides. We will be back to see them again. Thank you for a great time!

Our family of 5 (kids 14,17,18) had a great day on the water. Our SNUBA guide, Wayne, was awesome. Patient, informative, funny - a real pro. He made our first SNUBA experience worthwhile. The staff at Tilden - in the office and on the boat - were excellent.

On honeymoon, wanted to go to a dive shop to pick up prescription lenses and a mask. Being new to this, we had questions about the various snorkeling products. It was clear to me that our interaction was uncomfortable It seemed the more we wanted to know about gear, the more we became a hassle. We went in around 11am, so no excuses about going in right before closing. Decided to rent for myself as they did not have my prescription strength for sale, no big deal. Woman behind counter wrote 12pm start of rental giving me extra time, that was nice. I'm just concerned from the interaction of my inquisitive wife and the saleswoman. My wife had reasonable questions on safe use, which products were better than others, etc. We went to Divers Direct later that day after returning the gear. Significantly different outfit. Larger selection, more staff, and the staff wanted to answer every question to ensure we were purchasing what we wanted and needed. I will order from Divers Direct in the future.
