This horrible place is falling into the ground and very filthy!! Do not be fooled by these staged pictures the motel and cottages look like trash. I found a dead mouse under the bed in my room along with a dorito bag and spilled Comet in a food cabinet!!! The housekeepers smell like smoke and after they leave your room it smells bad. Stay at one of the many other places in the area you will be better off.

I travelled with a group and was under their parties name so therefore my review is honest!!! Furthermore not all people’s schedules revolve around or permit a review in the time which your establishment is open I finally had the opportunity to alert other possible patrons as to the disgusting atmosphere your motel has! We even disgust these issue with the office manager who told us and I quote “ I guess you shouldn’t come back then” HOW RUDE IS THAT! So to the owner I would suggest instead of saying negative reviews are false you should sit down and assess the true issues at hand with your filthy motel and staff and stop lying to the public!

Clean rooms ,great views.a lot of things to do .like at cruises around the lake .a great beach.and never boring. a great area. .love coning here .an this motel is right in the middle of it all

Excellent place to stay. Reasonable prices and wonderful staff. For an older motel it is so well taken care of and exceptionally managed. The view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the room is unbelievable. And nothing like watching the sun rise in the morning. We have gone there 5 years in a row and will return next year. To Robert and his staff, thank you !

Staff is friendly. We stayed in one of the Cottages, which was decent Though I would say a bit expensive for what it was. Nice lake views and a hop-skip-and-a-jump away from the boardwalk!

Great place to stay! Stayed there 7 yrs ago and nothing major has changed. Clean, neat rooms. Has a nice pool and free wifi. Parking available right off you room/cabin. Perfect no fuss place to stay with a view of the lake. Walking distance to the beach.

This place was awesome literally 50yrds from the pier in Weirs! Very friendly and clean. We loved our stay! Lots to do very kid friendly area.

They don't pretend to be anything more than they are. Their website accurately reflects the experiance you can expect as a guest. They know you're not there because you've always wanted to sleep in a cottage. What you need is a nice clean place to sleep at night while your days are spent visiting the local attractions and they provide you with that.

We have stayed here twice. The first time checking in was a little bit of an adventure because the units are older and we weren't sure what to expect.

The other guest are friendly - mostly families.

The location is great if you want to be right in Weirs Beach. No problems with noise as we had the air conditioning running. The cleaning and front desk have been pleasant to deal with. Kids like the pool and ability to walk all around town (and to the arcade).

Weird Beach had probably seen its popularity peak a bit however it is still a fun place to vacation and convenient to most of the lakes region attractions.
