Hagerstown made our custom red birch cabinets in 2009. Jenn drove to Chantilly herself and measured. One visit! I can't believe how perfectly everything fit! I would have had to measure everything 19 times! The fit and finish are perfect still eight years later. Our installer even noted how much easier it was since everything fit so well.
There was one little glitch with a tall cabinet door showing some deformation about a month after installation. Hagerstown prepared an exact-fit replacement within days.

My experience over the years has always been positive with Hagerstown Kitchens. I have sold these cabinets for years and all of my customers have been happy with the quality of workmanship and selection..

Our experience with a rep working with Hagerstown Cabinets has been a total nightmare. While the cabinet quality on those we could use, is decent, the customer service is horrible. 2/3 of our cabinetry had to be returned as it was the wrong measurement, wrong color, etc.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems.
Quite honestly their prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced.
Should have gone to Lowe's and saved a few thousand$$$!

The craftsmanship of my cabinets are substandard. The doors were put on and aren't level. There is a huge gap between the ceiling and the trim above the cabinets which looks cheap and the work is shotty. The shelf doesn't stay in my corner cabinet because the holes were drilled to large and won't hold the brackets to keep the shelf in place. After multiple service calls, my cabinets that cost $1000's of dollars are still broken, they used glue and duct tape to fix them on a service call. I wouldn't recommend Hagerstown Kitchens to my worst enemy. I'm appalled at the poor service and quality of work. Everything is uneven, broken, and overpriced for the quality of the work. What more can I say. Run from this place!!!! What a disappointment. They won't fix their mistakes and will drag it on for years and years. I have solid wood custom cabinets that look like crap and this isn't an exaggeration!!
