We had 90 roles of hay down and a bearing went out so we called Winchester equipment and they never have what we need so then we called here and they were very nice and they new exactly what we were talking about

Purchased a B2600 Kubota Tractor from Antietam approx 3 years ago. Inquired about putting tire chains and wheel weights on the tractor due to a major snowstorm. Didnt have the tire chains in stock but I was interested in the weights. Parts clerk looked up the tractor specs that I bought from them which would have shown it came with a bucket. Clerk said they had weights that would fit on the front of the tractor but the clerk was also told by a mechanic wrongly that they made wheel weights for my tractor which they dont. I purchased the weights, 3 @50lbs each, put them on the tractor, tried to bolt them in, was supplied with the wrong bolts I felt the weights would stay temporarily which they did .I put on tire chains purchased elsewhere and proceeded to remove mountains of snow from my very long driveway. Part of the way through plowing, I noticed the hydraulic fluid lines running across a main support beam on the bucket, were dented and bent They were hitting the weights upon lowering the bucket. . Called Antietam Tractor to discuss the issue. They were willing to take the weights back but were not willing to do anymore for me. Spoke with a salesman and somebody higher up, he did not tell me his title, just his name JIM. Basically they both implied that i should have told them my tractor had a bucket which would not allow the use of the weights. The clerk never asked if I had a bucket on my tractor presently, but should have, they are supposedly the tractor experts. The clerk also should already have known i had a bucket since he looked up my tractor. Statement was made by Jim "who uses a bucket on a tractor with weights", implying i was basically a stupid homeowner. Both men i spoke with, Brian and Jim had immediate negative attitudes towards me and wanted to dump the responsibility for the damage squarely on my shoulders. I am a business owner myself, and if I had been in the same boat, I would have admitted I was completely wrong and made things right. Antietam Tractor does not make things right, did not admit their clerk was wrong, did not handle the situation in a professional manner whatsoever. Think twice about dealing with them on any purchases. I will never deal with that company again! This review was presented by Michael Niemela, not Mary Niemela.
