Located in a quiet residential area by Little Havana. Rooms are converted condos so way bigger than a typical hotel room. They have kitchens and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Not a ton of amenities, but still a great place to stay if you are in the area.

Condos are spacious & clean.
Some rooms have nice Partial views of the skyline of downtown Miami.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Pretty much had everything you need. However, the beds were very stiff and the pillow were uncomfortable. Probably the worst bed I had ever slept on. On top of that, I was charged twice for parking. When I went to retrieve of keys and also when checking out. For the price, overall experience was okay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a two bedroom suite with a kitchen in the middle. The beds are HUGE and can comfortably sleep 3 per bed. We slept 8 comfortably between the two beds and the pull out couch in the living room. The service is slow sometimes, but overall a great place to stay. The location is about 15 minutes from Downtown Miami so makes for affordable Uber/Lfyt rides.

This place is so freaking stylish! From the decor of the front lobby to the contemporary flare of the rooms to the Art displayed on the various floors. I loved this place and would definitively stay again. Not to mention their fee for late check out is very good and gives you longer hours to check out! No complaints.

Good for short weekend trip. Stayed there a couple of night, thought it was okay. Pros: friendly staff, proximity to downtown, condo size. Cons: Parking. Street parking is almost none existent. If you get there around 9 pm like I did, be ready to shed $25 per night for valley parking. Pool was too small for my liking. Only 4 feet deep. it's more like a giant cold tub instead of a pool. As to whether or not I would stay there again, I'd say it depends. Just wouldn't be a first choice for me.

I stayed here for my Vacation to Miami, and I loved it. The place is very clean and well maintained. The apartment has everything i needed. I especially loved the kitchen. I saved a lot of money on food by cooking myself. The pool was awesome! The staff was nice and friendly.

We had a great stay! Good location by several walk-able shops and restaurants. Parking and privacy were no issue. I only wish the $20 hotel fee had been disclosed beforehand but overall roomy and a perfect place to book for a group!

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, extremely spacious and private. Check out was quick and seamless. I stayed In the vacation homes around the corner and just wish that there was more than one key. Will be returning soon!
