  This is the most rundown dirty exterior of any building in Sumpter Landing! The front door is filthy, the paint is worn through on all the windows & trim, the outside tables & chairs are actually rusty. What are these people thinking?. Not the place you would go to for an overpriced 5.00 dollar small cone !!

  Had soft ice cream on waffle cone. Ice cream was not tasty, not smooth and the paper was practically glued around the cone so that while removing it, the cone broke all all the ice cream fell on the table. A disaster. First time there in 9 years living in TV and probably the last.

  Friendly service with nice portions. Great to sit outside and watch the world go by. What is that I see? A beer tap. Will need to try that next visit.

  Great ice cream, fast service and friendly staff. You can eat your ice cream inside or outside and enjoy the beautiful dock view :)
