American choice rv

WITHOUT A DOUT the worst company ever!!! I cannot express enough, DO NOT buy from these people! Unless you want a headache from hell and the most horrible customer service in the world! There are tons of horrible reviews for a reason! We started at the Ocala office. We bought a BRAND new fifth wheel from them and wanted a few things installed on it. They told us they could have it done within a certain amount of time, and they did not! Our “walk through” was supposed to be at 3pm and they didn’t get finished with the camper until 9 at night! And our “walk through” wheee they are supposed to show us the ropes on everything was more like, “oh this is the kitchen” “oh this is the bathrooms”. Did not show us what we really needed to know! They made promises they did not keep. Then after them saying they would deliver it for us, we ended up having to take it ourselves. After getting it home and set up, we noticed a LOT wrong with it! Including one of the slides not extending all the way out. Should not have that much wrong being a brand new unit. So we had to take it back to Bushnell office. They “fixed the issues” (they actually did not). They have had our camper almost all month and we are supposed to pay for that month that we barely had it for! When we asked them to deliver the camper, they told us that that was something we had to take up with ocala bc they didn’t get paid for the delivery Ocala did. So we called Ocala. Alllllll day and didnt get anywhere until 4:30 when the manager said to just go talk to the general manager at bushnell. So I did! Denis (very nice guy!) And he said he was very sorry that we were caught up in the middle of that feud and we should not be! He wanted to take care of his customers and he did. He had it delivered right then. Once we got it home, the slide is still not working. The service dept did NOT do their job! And they got paid for it! 2x! (The slide had already had warranty work before we even bought it and it was still broken!) Amongst other horrible customer service experiences with many of the workers there! (Randy, Joel, Americo, Amber, Mason, Andrea, the owner at Ocala and the finance guy at Ocala (I don’t remember their names but I’ll get them and update this!). No one returns calls, no one goes out of their way to help you once you buy, you’re on your own! Just BEWARE. seriously.

Dominica was amazing!! So friendly and walked me through every step of the buying process! I purchased from out of state and she had everything ready for my driver to pick up! I highly recommend!!

We bought a 5th wheel from America Choice, we had been to other dealers and had planned to go to two other ones the day we stopped into America Choice, Christine and Dominica Showed up a 5th wheel with the front living, and I was sold. They delivered and set up the RV for me, and their service after the sale has been top notch. I could not have asked for a better sales team then these two ladies. As much as I love my RV, the best thing about my purchase is the fact that I can Call Christine or text her and she is right there to answer any questions that I have or make sure my concerns are addressed. This is my first RV so I have had a lot of questions, and Christine either answers them or finds me a great service tech who can. And Their Service guys are the best.

Shady Dealership!. Bought a 2013 fifth wheel. They neglected to tell me about all the rot and the leak it had. Having to do extensive repairs. BUYERS BEWARE. Make sure you pay close attention if you're buying from these shysters!

My family and I were headed out of town for a 3 week trip. Unfortunately, when we went to leave, our generator stopped working. It was after 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Other RV businesses were called, but no one answered. Thankfully, America Choice RV was available and took us right away. Frank worked until after 6 to fix our generator and talked through what he was doing while my 9 year old son watched. Tony and the others in the office were friendly and made this delay and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend America Choice RV if you need any repairs done!

Had a great experience today at the Ocala location. Had Kcountry and the Swamp Brothers out. Not sure who they are but was still entertaining. Really glad we stopped by today and got such a great deal. Keep it up I say!

Thank you so much Amber O. for everything. You went above and beyond helping us. We almost didn't come to the dealership because we had two different units to look at that day (one from a private owner and one at America Choice). Amber had the unit plugged in and ready for us to check out. When we got there it was pouring rain and she still took us to their camp ground were the unit was parked. By the time the rain stopped it was after closing time for them but they all stayed to help. Thank you to everyone! The day of delivery Amber was meticulous through out the whole process and her attention to last minute issues was second to none. Also a big thank you to the service tech, detail team and the rest of the people in the process! Couldn't be happier! :)

I found the camper that I was looking for at America Choice RV through an ad on RVtrader. They were very easy to work with so I made the 7 hour drive to go purchase the camper from them.
I was treated very well when I arrived and the whole process of buying the camper went very smooth.
Once the purchase was complete I moved the camper to the campground next door and spent the night before driving home the next day.
I would like to make a special shout-out to Hunter from the Service Department who bent over backwards to make sure that everything was right with my camper. He even followed me over to the campsite in the pouring rain just to make sure that everything was as it should be.
I hope that this will be the last camper that I'll be buying for a long time, but I would definitely do business with America Choice RV again.

You will not meet a more experienced, competent and friendly staff. Literally from the sales floor to the shop floor the whole place shows professionalism. You will be treated with respect, dignity & like family. I enjoyed my American Choice experience. I needed a vehicle that fit my family's needs & my budget could afford. They didnt have what we needed on the lot. They went out of their way & found OUR vehicle. Thank you!

We are still in the process of securing finance with this company. Our Sales rep has been very nice, professional and has listened to our needs for what we are looking for. The finance manager has been informative in explaining our options and is working to help us get the best rate. I will update as the process continues. There has been a bump in the road but when brought to management's attention the issue was addressed. I am hopeful the team will continue to work towards our desire to secure the right camper for our family, we look forward to have a positive experience.
