For those who have gone in the previous years, you may find yourself a little disappointed. It's still beautiful however you can no longer get as close to the castle. There's a wooden fence that surrounds the castle. There are lots of paths to walk and see natures art; such as the spring, the sinkhole, the devils kitchen, and the tower. There's lots to see and lots to do.

Nice trails, beautiful views. Easy trails for kids or families or tougher ones with steep inclines. Many lookout out points and places to sit, BBQ or just picnic.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful parks in our area. The history alone is fascinating but when you combine this with the diverse hiking trails for beginners to experts, you truly experience nature at its best. If you aren't into hiking and prefer the water, the Spring area provides swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and plenty of room to anchor your boat and spend a leisurely afternoon below the bluffs. It also offers restrooms and picnic areas throughout the park. Perfect place to spend an hour or all day with family and friends. Also a great place to take family, engagement, graduation, etc photos.
