The owner of this business, as well as his crew, were professional, very hard working, and responsive to our needs. We had a backed up septic tank, and they came to our home early on a Saturday morning. When they were done, everything was restored perfectly, and we were grateful they came to our rescue. Highly recommend H & H!

I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom of a rental property
the leak caused subsequent water and drywall damage Will and his team were absolutely a true pleasure they were responsive professional and detail oriented from start to finish. Will gave frequent updates as well as pics on progress
He was transparent throughout the entire process. I wont hesitate to use or refer for future needs.response / report this review -

I contracted H&H Restorations for water damage to my kitchen area and they were initially very responsive and started work quickly. After the work started taking place, my wife and I had some concerns about the work being done and the work being estimated for the rehab (e.g. things like wanting to replace our floors with bamboo wood despite our floors being oak and square footage estimates seeming inconsistent with the work actually being done), this is where things became unprofessional quickly. We agreed to part ways quickly and I agreed to mail William a check for the second half of the work he did (because we couldn't agree on a meeting time to hand deliver a check and the app he asked us to use did not allow us to pay the total sum).
I then emailed him to ask him for an address to send the check to and I mail a check to that address. A few weeks later I open my mailbox to see several letters threatening legal action for not paying including my original letter saying I provided an invalid address. I found out that I was given an incorrect address that did not contain the correct unit number, so I resent the letter with the correct address.
I emailed them to ask why he just didn't simply email me, call me, or text me if he was worried about the payment to which they responded "my attorney will be in communication." Keep in mind this is after they gave me three invalid ways of paying their bill.
Very very unprofessional experience.
Also, the estimate for the rehab given from H&H was more than 3 times the amount that was estimated by my insurance company.response / report this review -

Our basement flooded, including a finished room, due to the sump pump not being on. We called one of the bigger companies on a Friday and they weren't able to come out until Monday. I then called H&H. Not only were they able to come out that day and get started, they also managed it all for us as we live out of state.
I cannot recommend H&H highly enough. They are fast and efficient. It also cost much less that I had expected when I heard our basement flooded.
