  I needed to get my antifreeze checked for a trip north. Mr. Mallon took my car in the next day and they checked not only the antifreeze but all other fluids as well and then wouldn't charge me because he said it was a courtesy service.
  
  Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised and very greatful that there is someone I can trust to take care of my vehicles and peace of mind.
  
  I have been using H & H auto for more than two years and have been very happy with the professional service of all the people there and their caring attitude. I would and have recommended all my friends and family to H & H and they have had similar experiences.

  Very comfortable and clean waiting area and bathrooms tastefully decorated!! We spent five hours with two dogs here while waiting for an emergency brake line repairand calipers replaced. The day before we planned to depart the island we discovered our brakes were soft, H&H took us in the next morning, took us to get lunch, and offered us a ride to a hotel if parts weren't available. Luckily, parts were available and we were on the road five hours later.

  I was getting ready for an RV trip when my cabin air QUIT. I called, they worked me in and fixed the problem with new parts in 2 days.
  Great work and great service !!!! Also, Auto Body shop is fantastic !!!!
  I have recommended both numerous times.

  H and H Auto Service is the Islands best place for expert, efficient service. Since I drive an older car, diagnostics can be complex, however, I get a helpful, straight answer when issues come up. Very professional staff and care, and I always recommend.

  I give 5 stars to how wonderful of a job they did on my car, but 2 stars for their customer service. I called this morning so that I can get my car serviced before I go on a road trip & the man that I spoke to on the phone was very rude. They're shop is booked up until tomorrow and as the man on the phone put it, "that's too bad for you isn't it". I reacted calmly and still don't understand why I received an attitude from someone whose supposed to help customers. I never had problems with their customer service till now. They're snooty!

  H&H has been our provider for 5 years. Last month, I had them do some work on my daughter's car. They made an error on it that caused the timing belt to break and ruin some of the valves. They didn't hesitate to make it right, even though the cost of the fix was more than the worth of the car. They did the work for free. Love these guys. We will be forever loyal.

  For over 10 years H&H has ever been: responsive, extremely friendly and courteous, efficient, and about half as costly as a Dealer. They are definitely my 'go-to' experts for anything above an oil change. Chuck Duvall (Lexus driver)

  Vacationed for a week in Hilton Head, Check transmission light came on 3 days into the trip, called H&H, they took the car in immediately, diagnosed the issue (not a new transmission thank goodness) got the part and repaired it all in 24 hours. Very responsive, courteous and quality work. Would recommend to anyone on the Island

  I am a relatively new client of H & H but I have been treated like part of their family! They have been responsive, pleasant and professional and very informative and have treated my cars like family!
