I love this place. They have brought back their layaway program and it make purchasing high end firearms easier to do. They employ friendly and knowledgeable staff that are fun to work with.

I found a really good deal on an awesome pistol via Mfg's recommendation. Made 2 hr trip to Guns Galore and bought the gun at a real good price. I must say that the sales guy I dealt with was the dullest, most unenthusiastic, and non-friendly dude I've ever dealt with. What a let-down 'cause the store is great with their quality selection of firearms in Michigan!! I have serious doubts whether I'd ever go back there or just order online.. thanks.

Very nice little Gun Store, I definitely recommend that if you're in the Mid Michigan area to stop in and see what they have. Great prices, great services.

Great local store. Wide selection of guns and gun products. Employers are a good help with questions too.

I wouldn't even give them one star if it would let me. I went in to Guns Galore about a month ago and got denied, which was fine, I didn't know why but he told me to do an appeal process and gave me the information how to do it. (I have to admit the Asian worker there is very nice and helpful). But I came in today after receiving from the FBI my paperwork from my appeal saying I am eligible to possess and receive a firearm from Guns Galore. Now all the worker had to do was READ the instructions on the paperwork for how to do my appeal recheck but instead he chose to not even look or touch the paperwork and do a whole nother background check, which was not needed had he read. I ended up getting delayed and I tried to explain to him that the paperwork says I am eligible and that he was supposed to do an appeal recheck, which just went in one ear and out the other and got asked "do you want a refund?". This worker was not understanding that the paperwork I got is only good at Guns Galore because that's where I got denied at. But he kept choosing to be rude instead of just looking at what the FBI sent me and insinuating that his FBI was real and mine wasn't, which is ridiculous because they are the same! If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, I suggest going somewhere else. I will never set foot in there again after today.

Customer service is terrible, probably the worst in Fenton for any retail store. They are arrogant. They are rude. They are not helpful. If you care at all about how you're treated by someone you're giving your money to, then do not step foot in here.

I understand standing on your feet for long hours and not making much money doing it, which I why I tried to be very courteous and not waste their time but despite my efforts they treated me disrespectfully, rudely and like I had done something to annoy them. Why would anyone want to come to work and treat customers terribly. I listened to the staff talk down to customers, one after another, as well as on the phone.

I spent $1000 on guns and a laser sight. The receipt said 30 days return policy on anything except guns. 14 days later I brought the $125 laser sight back in the original box with all the paperwork that it came with. I asked for either a store credit or a refund. First they said because it was missing the little throw away plastic bag inside the box they wouldn't return it, when I pointed out how ridiculous that was, they then said they wouldn't return it because they don't return electronics. I didn't see that anywhere on my receipt or posted in the store. They just refuse to return any merchandise they've sold. The manager yelled down the counter, while assisting another customer "can I sell it new!?" and when I started to answer, he interrupted and said "no, so have a nice day sir!" It's shocking to me that a retail store would allow it's employees to treat customers the way Guns Galore does. They could have refunded, or store credit 75%, of the purchase price and then sold it 80% of the original price and still made a profit. The manager was just unwilling to do anything except talk down to me and invite me to leave his store.

Do they not realize that retail stores have been steadily closing for years because consumers can just buy online and not have such a negative experience?

I just recently told 3 friends about Guns Galore in Fenton but I am reaching out to them today to let them know to find another store like Williams, White's or Accurate Firearms. No reason to be treated poorly when you step inside a business to shop and try to support a local business.

Good selection. Decent prices. Always busy & you'd better know what you want when you go in or be prepared to deal with sales staff that gets irritated quickly by asking questions, especially if you get the owner.

Best selection and prices of guns and ammo around. Usually a good experience with staff but they can be short with you when they are very busy. Bought and sold many guns here.

The staff there was absolutely terrible. I told them exactly which gun I wanted and I had to repeat myself at least 4 times saying the gun is still being made. It was very frustrating to even talk to them because of the I don't care attitude. I don't even think they cared to sell me anything. When I finally said I guess I'll go look around some they walked away and laughed at me. I will never set foot in there again. Avoid this place at all costs.

I bought a handgun there a little over a year ago. I had a good experience considering I was trying to decide between two different models. One of the models was considerably more expensive, so I decided to grab a bite to eat down the street and come back. When I came back, it was though I started where I left off. The guy who had helped me excused himself from the new customer and got someone else to help him so that he could continue helping me. I decided to go with the more expensive firearm after talking more with him.

Everyone there seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help. In addition to some excellent prices, they have an excellent selection. I'll make the trip up again one of these days for another handgun. I highly recommend at least checking prices with them before going else where.
