One star is generous! I placed my order by phone only to arrive and be told "we don't have anything in our system are you sure you called the right number?" I repeated the number back and of course it was correct.
I waited for them to make my order and unfortunately it wasn't accurate. The food is subpar at its best.response / report this review -

The Stromboli was under cooked, the pepperoni wasn't cook and it's as if they just placed it and heated up the cheese a little. The bottom of he Stromboli was soggy and very chewy. I feel like as though for the price I paid for I should've gotten something better than what I got. Very disappointing and will not be bringing back my serves

The pokey stix are really good when you get them fresh and on time but that’s rarely the case. They seem to be consistently late and the food is a lot less impressive cold

Chicken wings aren't crispy even if you ask for them extra crispy. Wing sauce was okay. Prices are somewhat reasonable for what you get.

You can never go wrong with pokey sticks. Always ask what they already have ready to go, will save you so much time on weekend night

I came here randomly one night and decided to get a slice, I believe it was $2. The piece I got was fantastic because the pizza had Just come out of their oven and the staff gave me a particularly large slice, they were also quite nice. I do know that those two great staff members now work at Canyon Pizza. I would give more stars but I feel that my experience was very lucky in general and does not reflect on the other experiences ive had which are basically spending an extra dollar so I dont have to walk all the way to Canyon

Great pizza customer service, horrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes and had time to walk to the building and place an order before someone picked up the phone.

The staff here are beyond unprofessional and rude. We waited over a hour for delivery and they told us they would turn around. After waiting, no food still. They then told us their driver showed up and heard our dogs bark, which was a lie because we had been waiting the whole time for food. The extra rude gentleman then told us he would refund us. It has been two days since this and no refund. Even today, he attempted to corner us and say either take a partial refund or none at all. This is beyond horrible service and extremely rude. I fully expect a full and complete refund.

Long waits on delivery (hours). Inconsistent quality and flavor (to be fair, it has been very good at times). Prices a very high. They refuse to deliver on certain days, despite the website taking your order and charging you. Still have not been refunded for this.

Great pizza for a very fair price. No, it's fantastic pizza. Go in and check the board for prices.
You won't be waited on hand and foot like a kid, but I prefer this kind of place. Call in or stand there while they make your pizza, whatever, it's damn good pizza.response / report this review
