My home is only 6 years old, but I have experienced several problems with the garage door opening as well as staying on the rails. I wasn't sure about Gulf States when I contacted them because I knew nothing of this company, but I would recommend them highly because of Rusty!!! He has taken care of all of my issues quickly, professionally, and (believe it or not) without trying to make me believe that I needed something that I did not require! Because of Rusty, when my garage door opener & rails need to be replaced I will ONLY have Gulf States Overhead Door take care of my needs!!! I hope Gulf States knows what an exemplary employee they have in Rusty as well as what it it means to their customers to do business with an honest, professional employee like Rusty!!!

You never know how spoiled you are to an electric garage door until it breaks and you have to open and close it manually, every time you leave or arrive home!
Rusty with Gulf States Overhead Doors was recommended by a friend and he was wonderful! He checked everything out to see if repair was an option, before talking replacement He was on time, with a courtesy call ahead as well. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and price was very fair. I highly recommend Rusty and Gulf States Overhead Doors!
