Dr Miller and his team are excellent. My daughter’s teeth were … in a word … a mess. Crowded teeth, missing teeth, teeth that hadn’t broken through … we had it all. Now, after creating an intentional plan, my daughter’s teeth are looking great. The billing and appointment process is straight forward and the clinical staff are attentive and exacting. Dr. Miller has been a long-standing trusted orthodontist in Newton and I am happy to recommend him highly.

Came here December 2020 for a free consultation to see if I could qualify for invisalign. I had bracers years ago but didnt continue using my retainers causing 1 tooth to shift. I was not happy with it and came to Dr. Miller. He asked what I was looking for and explained to me that my bite was crooked and he could fix that as well. I agreed, not thinking I would notice a difference and oh my, I did. I started to notice the changed in my tooth within the first 2 weeks of starting invisalign(That fast). Once I completed all my sets, Dr. Miller wasnt satisfied as it wasn’t perfect. He asked if I wouldnt mind having a few more sets to make it perfect. I said I would not mind and even though its taking longer than we anticipated, I am thrilled to have a Dr. That thrives for perfection and delivers. I love coming here even though is a very far commute for me as I no longer work near the area. I’m still coming back.
The entire staff that assists the patients are very professional, efficient and friendly. I cannot emphasize the efficiency part enough. They try to be very respectful of your time but do understand that if they keep you a little longer, is because they want to assure you are taken care of, correctly. That’s strong work ethics right there. I love seeing Cata, Gilbert and Carlos.
I cannot thank Carlos enough for my visit yesterday. He did not let me go until I was ready and completely satisfied. Not only he was funny and helped me ease my anxiety (I have a terrible time buffing off invisalign buttons) he did wonderful working with me to make sure it was not a bad experience, he sacrifice most of his lunch time. This team right here is the reason why I continue to come back and have my friends and their kids come in. In order to have a good relationship with a patient, you need to build trust. Dr. Miller is so kind and friendly and was able to help me quickly with cementing one of my permanent wires in my mouth and also get me a new retainer within a day. I’m new to the area, but I am happy with the service I received and feel confident in knowing Dr. Miller is helping me with my orthodontic needs!

My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian H. Miller and his office, Newton Centre Family Orthodontics. Our smiles have never been more beautiful. We are so grateful to have Dr. Miller as our orthodontist. Dr. Miller is an incredible, professional and excellent orthodontist. He also is the most genuine and caring doctor that I have ever had in my life. With a small/reasonable treatment cost, my daughter and I both received exceptional care and treatments for years. Dr. Miller not only has taken good care of his patients teeth, he is also very kind, warm and friendly. My daughter and I had completed our treatments for a few years but whenever we need to replace new retainers or have any problems with it, we can go back to see Dr. Miller at any time and he treats us just as importantly as new or current patients.
Also, all of his staff are great and very diverse. They are also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Brian H. Miller and his office to any one. Our sincere thanks to you, Dr. Miller.response / report this review -

Before finding this place I was considering going the cheaper route due to financial reasons. I thought about smile direct and a few other places, and then i came across Dr. Millers office. When I called, the staff was so friendly and encouraged me genuinely to come in for a consultation. Best thing I have ever done. They were so helpful, up-to date, and clean. I highly recommend going in to see Dr. Miller and his amazing staff you will not be disappointed. Very realistic pricing and worth the money.
