I waited a month to write my review in case there were any issues. One morning I came out and pressed the up button and it would not go further than about 1 foot up, it stopped and the light flashed 10 times. I knew it wasn't the door opener itself so I narrowed it down to the sensors which were installed on the garage door track. Sure enough they were loose after only a few open and closes. The vibration I feel from the garage door doing its thing had loosened the sensors. So I placed a lock washer on each wing nut, tighten them down and have not had that problem for about 3 weeks now.
As far as the garage door unit itself I purchased the model 84501 and I all I can say is that is performing flawlessly and I could not be more pleased. The did a great job, cleaned up after himself and even programmed my vehicles garage door link. Thank you American Industrial Door.

We had to replace our garage door opener and wall mount. The new Lift Master is quiet and doing the job nicely. We had some hiccups with the wall mount due to "radio tower interference", however Trevor was able to use another wall mount until a later date. I cannot say enough about Trevor! He worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, while making sure our questions were being answered. He was open, honest and upfront detailing our situation and answering all our questions. He is definitely an employee that promotes the company well. I would highly recommend his work any day, anytime. What an asset to this company!

I had an issue with my garage door and called American industrial door company, great customer service from the first phone call all the way till the door was repaired and the service man was leaving my driveway. The repair was fast and inexpensive compared to what I thought it was going to be. The service tech Trevor was courteous knowledgeable and polite. Thank you for making us feel like a priority and a valued customer. I would also like to thank you for recognizing your military veterans.
