I own a storage facility with 4 automatic gates. Recently, an adjoining property had a high voltage electrical issue that affected 3 of my gates. I was across the country and made the call to R&S Concord. By the end of the same day, they had all 3 gates up and running again, and I was 3000 miles away! I can't say enough good things about Vanessa in the office and Jordan at my site. Too many other companies would drag their feet and delay service, but R&S was on the job almost immediately and took care of my business for me. Ask for Jordan, he's an excellent technician, thorough and easy to work with.

R&S has come to service two of my garage doors. Colin installed two new operators with battery back ups in no time at all. The operators work great. If i need any work done in the future, I will definitely contact your company.

R&S is the top of the line in everything they offer. I’ve had both my garage and gate fixed by them. Today, Jesse and Tony came and repaired my gate and the work they put in, the expertise and the finished product are second to none. They are the very best and do not look elsewhere, this is the company you use. I cannot give enough stars for the work they did today.
